Soul Guardians: reatime action battle

I can't resume my old account because Asia server is not working :( all of my efforts on that account is now useless. To think that I'm going to start a new account again :'( it makes me so sad huhuuu. Please solve this case it's really important

Euro server down for weeks. Bored.of waiting to be fixed. Been playing this game for years. Had over 2000 gems and millions of gold that i saved up and now nothing. Don't download and waste.your time.

OK so I would rate five star if you guys can tell us what the server close is about your Facebook has no info on it and it worries me because population on this game is low and I don't want this game closing it's a good pass time for me

Might as well download the korean version because includes much more cards and stats. Global is missing way to much content. Servers have crashed and data has been lost before. I don't expect the game to last now that the 2nd edition is ready for download. It seems this app doesn't work anymore as well.

Lost all my heros on both of my phones when i try to sign into faceboom closes the game out says stopped working i dont wanna restart from level 1 put so much time and effort into this game please fix this restared now happy dont let this game die please

I would like some feedback from customer support, whether or not they really intend to continue this game. I like this one a lot more than sg2. I was planning on actually spending some money on the game but there's no point since I don't know if it will vanish the next day. Us if you aren't going to fix Europe in Asia at least let the people there Port their characters over to America thank you. I really enjoy this game!!

The fun is back and with new update but the only problem left is it lag during party and pvp please fix it thank you (~_^)

Ellune server down! My account better not have been deleted again. 2 years ago the server odin had deleted everyone's account. I had to start all over. I won't do it a third time.

I like it, it's very fast paced. Although it can be kinda laggy at times when your playing with someone. Love the pixel style, likes old school. I'm hoping for more characters I've unlocked all of them. Add like a demolition dude or something or maybe a kicker since theirs a punch like brawler, best one is a counter character who focuses on punishing bosses when they try to do attacks . This would be awesome.

Love this game, its really amazing. Its just reminds me of a game which is old school but have plot twists. Game play is good but when i log in after getting off the game it says that soul guardian is not responding, so if you can please fix this, that will be amazing.

This game had potential but now it doesn't, I spent 18 quid on the game and all my progress has been lost since they closed the europe server. There customer service is rubbish too.

It's been so long since I played this game and I missed so much. It was really upsetting I couldn't play this as often cuz of my terrible Internet but now I can since I changed wifi. The game still great as ever!

This game was my obsession the first year it was released (2014). Had a big community and I met tons of cool people that I'm still in contact with today 3 years later! It was filled with events and the game at the time was incredibly competitive and fun. However the company who ran it at the time, ZQGames, who I don't even think is in business anymore, completely neglected it after a year (even losing an entire server's worth of data!) and the community slowly dwindled. They even declared they were closing the game in Feb. 2017. At this point I stopped playing completely and many others as well. Pictosoft took over and did some much needed updates but the game is over. The community is all but gone and what little competition there is is run by all the old time players who started when I did. I don't regret playing a bit as I have some fond memories but the game is dead. I would not recommend people to start playing. Either join the new sequel that came out (soul guardians 2) or move on. I don't expect this to be up for much longer.

Keeps on crashing man. after missing this game for almost a year. I installed it yesterday and it works fine, But today i can't even open the damn game. Sad. No updates from pictosoft at all.

I spent $30 for crystals but i never got them, i messaged there support but got no response and its been over 17 days. I feel robbed

Greeting new take over team, like to share my thoughts cause i was once a ptw(pay to win) player. Previously team was totally a disaster. Mass hacks, GM's do nothing about it. Just wanted our $. Customer service was really poor. Ended up most of us top players chose to quit this game. Might be the reason due to changes of management? And you guys took over it? Who knows. And to be honest you guys just took over the game didn't focus more on develop more interesting concept on sg1 yet you guys develop sg2? Lol this was just my thoughts yea. Overall I'm a *past tense* player. All the best with new sg2 game! Cheers!

Pls dont make a game if you cant manage your game properly and fix your server issues,network connection issues and the most important of all is the lag when especially playing multiplayer or party play with ppl and it really annoys me everytime when the lag kicks in.If your game is maintained properly,otherwise it is a good game already.Lastly all I can say is that this is a poorly maintained game even the game is updated.If all above problem is solved I will change to 5* star rating.Thank you
