Can you make it so I don't see the same joke when I press show me another joke. I want other jokes to laugh at but the same jokes get in the way. Also there is another problem. When I press show me another joke, sometimes the joke doesn't appear. Other times, it appears. Please fix it.

Use a deterministic algorithm to iterate through all jokes, so that jokes are not repeated so often.
