I'd saved up my blue diamond for about 3 weeks. Then I decided to play the game that takes 50 diamonds. When the game came on it was froze. Never got to take I spin from it...Then I thought it was probably just a one time thing and decided to try it one more time. Wrong... it done exactly the same thing. Well I wanted to play the game pretty bad so I went to one of my other apps and tried it from there, but unfortunately it done the same thing. All together 150 diamonds. Can I get reimbursed please?

SHOCK HORROR I LOST IT ALL!..$19.8, 81tokens and 32gems...Didn't Complain!..but since then haven't received anything I've paid for! The last was for gems $4.99 10.28pm 27/7...Please Rectify!! I just now lost totalled of 30million on " High Roller slot tournament... It kicks me out 3x.. And i thought if i re-entered the tournament that it will pick up and continue what i started.. BUT IT TOOK MY 30MILLION CREDITS 3X!!!!! AND THE SCREEN FROZED UP AGAIN....What is going on. Please refund me my credits...of 30millions....i worked hard to get up to this level and it will be devastating for me to lost all of that because the tournament frozed up and foreclosure. Fun game but can never win free spins even after spending lots of money.

Even buying 250 million credits won't get you far in this game.

Lost $10,000,000 in a tournament because the game stopped. Reported that then lost $4,000,000 before I could even spin on another tournament. Even if you can't play it, your money is lost! Such crap!!!

Despite 5 days of game enjoyment, I am LIVID that advertisements are thrown into gameplays! This afternoon alone, I encounter 4 ads in the middle of 2 spins, 4 during bonus, and 12 during an attempt to spin (x6). Keep the (literally, 5 pop-ups) ads on main menu, not placed during mid-spin, making a spin, or bonus rounds, making it impossible to guess if I won/loss or was robbed coins and plays. Who was the moron that thought this was a great idea and what did they wish to achieve? Because of this poor judgement call on ad placement, I have got to uninstall.

Now it staets me over at 0 EVERYTIME i open it ,i had 200 gems and 41 million chips n its gone.It used to let you jump at least three ice pieces in bonus game now it let's you jump one!! Time to say goodbye to this one I think

One sided, may as well delete from tablet and find one that is more enjoyable. Worked up to 30 million and then nothing untill I had no credit.

When playing tournaments it allows u in then bombs out but takes your entry fee and often does not give u credits earned!!!

I hate pop ups just like everybody else nobody likes pop ups when they're playing games get rid of them
