Octodad: Dadliest Catch is a game about destruction, deception, and fatherhood. The player controls Octodad, a dapper octopus masquerading as a human, as he goes about his life. Octodad's existence is a constant struggle, as he must master mundane tasks with his unwieldy boneless tentacles while simultaneously keeping his cephalopodan nature a secret from his human family.

Octodad is a really fun game, but if you're going to bother playing it, do it on the PC. The controls on this version are terrible, it doesn't even register trying to use one of the legs most of the time, it registers things I "did" when I didn't and the graphical glitches are almost amusing and quite a nuisance.

My sister had recommended it to me after watching others play it on YouTube. She wanted it a lot so I decided why not? I ended up really loving this game, despite how short it is. The challenging stages that made me want to throw my sister out the window for laughing at me fail were even amazing, in the end. All in all, I really think that it's a great game that I would recommend if you like frustrating yourself (in a good way).
