The game will not load if I have my Wi-Fi turned on, it gives me a system server error message. If I turn my Wi-Fi off the game loads fine. I do not have unlimited internet. Please fix so I can begin playing.

How on earth do you expect people to read the quests and stuff when the writing is far too small. I'm literally squinting to see what it says. Come on this is absolutely ridiculous. Until it's fixed I'll give a better rating

What's going on with this app i downloaded it but can even open it ! It keeps kicking me out at the loading staying server error. Fix pls this looks like a really good game

I play alot of games and I have to say this is the worst of them all! Game opens up ok but nothing happens when clicking. Why does Google let these Devs do this to Gamer's.....

I love the magical fairy theme, it was exactly what I was looking for, but it's just like every other game. There's too many items that cost gems and too many obstacles to slow you down. like limited energy and having to grow food to keep restocking businesses, then the missions which if you have already done something that wasn't on the list yet and it pops up after then it won't count, you have spend more money or gems to complete it.

Looked fun. But game not working for me either.. installed then when it opens it says it has an update to install.. when u click that it just takes you back to play store..

I wait and wait but it so slow to start the game up to play it no fair. Will it be fine dont know. Sorry people out there. It still running slow for me.

I just downloaded this game with some hesitation, and I am glad I did! It's really neat so far.

Whenever I am trying to open the game from my samsung tab it is simply not opening. It says'server error'

So far so good, just started playing the game. So I can't really rate it, I give 4 star's but hopefully it will be a 5

Same old builder with a fairy tale twist. The usual energy restriction and gem hawking like so many others in this genre

Does not give me the engine fast enough it takes it way to long and slow. Plus it keeps on asking me for updates but it won't do it it keeps on crashes

App downloaded quickly but has yet to fully load. Not so great when you can't even get into it

Don't try this game on tablet not work, it's only for phones.

Love the game but everything has tiny font & to select items on lists are so tiny too. Would love to play but everything being so tiny I can't play comfortably.

Got it to load but now it tells me there are updates available but when I click to update I have no update to install. Now the game is not loading?!?

I've been trying to play for days now. Gets 70% then says server down. Very frustrating.

The game has potential. Everytime I close the game I have negative energy. How do you get negative energy? Nothing continues (growing crops, buildings.completing, etc.) when you don't have.the game open. How can you progress? I can't keep the game open 24/7.

I just wish that there were more things available in the shop for coins. I may have to stop playing it...

if it finished loading so that I could actually play the game and not just look at the pretty picture as it loads....Will try to load and then tell me theres a server error yet I can get online just fine. BOOOOOO!!!! uninstalling.

I haven't played this game in about ten hours and when I logged in my energy was still at one...what?.....really....bye!

Its cute so far hope its not one of those games you have to invite friends or buy

I downloaded game a few days ago and from day one when I open game, it tells me to update it but when I hit ok, there's no update button. .please fix. .ty

never loads, only goes to about 70% then says server problem or jyst freezes (brand new samsung gs3)

Will not load and when you email the developer he/she does not answer. Worst game that I have seen in awhile

If I could rate I would! I've tried opening every hour for the last two days since I downloaded it and I keep getting the same message "cannot connect to server sorry"! Way to go System Administrator!

Changing rating, missing 18 crystals not getting credit for items built, sent email thru game no response, truest emailing them thru email listed here but told to email thru game. Horrible support. Good game, a little slow at first but speeds up if u keep playing. Fun. Good game, fun fantasy building game. Cool to play. Earn coins and crystals easy. I like it alot

I love this game, I've played it for a while on my iPhone and enjoy it so much I've made a second city on my HTC. But it won't work, I've uninstalled, reinstalled and emailed for help but still no joy. Crashes on start up, very sad

Adorable aesthetic **BUT ** not cute enough to mask the bazillion glitches and bugs. worked...decently... The first day I installed. Today? I have over negative 7million energy. That's right, I have NEGATIVE energy. Wtf? I have also had structures that I had built vanish. Way too many issues for term to have been simply 'overlooked' by the development team. Shame really, cause I would have spent money on this game. Uninstalling

This game is amazing. It is easy to use and understand. You can spend hours and hours creating your own fairytales.
