Really good app and very addictive, especially if you enjoy word games! Could you please add the Greek language as well? There are plenty languages you can choose to play, but Greek is not one of them! Anyway 5/5

Good game very tactical

This is simply the best and most enjoyable word game available. It combines not-so-traditional word finding with a great strategic element and an innovative theme to produce something that is truly one of a kind. That's all I can say - now I have to get back in the ring and finish my fight!

I never cared for the sport? of boxing, but I do love word boxing. It is a nonviolent sport which exercises the brain so brawn is not necessary.Love those KO's! I love the idea that by playing with the computer ,I can fill my need for instant gratification . There is no slack time to wait for another player to respond which you have with so many of the word games.

WordBoxer is a well made game where you can challenge friends or relatives to a word boxing match. It is quite addictive too! You always want to one-up your opponent by finding a better word worth MORE points to take down their points and ultimately score a Knock Out blow against them. The game itself gets five stars from me. In this review I'm not giving five stars yet, because there is no Google Play Games connection (yet?) and no way to challenge Google+ friends. For now you can only challenge Facebook friends or by (known) alias. Also, sometimes the online connection seems to be hanging when you want to continue a challenge. Trying a few times will eventually get you connected. Positive point and a definite plus: the developer is quick to respond to questions.

The boxing-match-like format makes the game even more interesting..... It would be very exciting if at the end of each round they would display the maximum point & maximum letter word possible in that round so that players can know what they missed...

I recently switched to the G3 and discovered that the board is unnecessarily shrunken down at this resolution. Please fix! (see: imgur . com / E57fmoi)

Great gameplay with simple, effective graphics. This must be the most underrated word game on Play; I can't speak highly enough of it! User name is zhiliang if you're up for a game.
