Used to love this app but the update has completely ruined it. The hourglass power up used to be 5 seconds, now only 2. After spinning the wooden wheel daily for weeks used to get 29 hrs unlimited play, gone. I've been playing this game for years and now only get 3 hours. Scores are much lower, which sucks especially when the update took place in the middle of a week-long tournament so there's no way to even improve your score enough to make a difference. If this app isn't fixed will stop playing and delete the app. Not worth my time anymore.

Would give a 5 star rating I've been a player for a long time and just did the newno update on my devices, keeps telling me on my wheel spins that an error occurred and takes away gold bars used to spin plus won't give me what I'm supposed to win,fix that problem and you will get 5 stars all the way across the board,and why keep updating and everything is still the same

Hate the update, have played for years and loved it untill now. Gems way to small to see and hate the sideways view now.

Nothing good with the update, it crashes very often and reboots the game. the spinning wheel "watch video" NEVER WORKS the game gets boring

Can't switch accounts my kids also play and it don't give the option to log into and out of facebook!! Also it reset my hours on the prize wheel I was at 29 hrs now it's 30 minutes . ...the game was better before I think the updates are terrible.If stays like this me and my kids will be done playing..Sorry!!!

Great upgrades

I have played this game for years. The update has ruined the game. The FAQ claims a mission can still be changed by paying 400 coins, but on my screen I can't even see the option to do this. I now have 2 missions I will never complete. If this isn't resolved then I'll remove the game from my phone. I gave up on another Wooga game as well after my progress was eliminated in getting a new phone, and I don't think I'll try more from them.

I have already contacted about the new update and the small size of the game board. But I want to add that the scoring is way off. With this update I can not get a score over 800 thousand. And I don't cheat so this is way off. This new update has ruined this game. I've been playing for over 10 years and this is the first time I have not wanted to play.

Loved this game.. until today when I appear to have an updated version..I now have to play it landscape, which makes it more difficult for me..and the layout has changed!! HATE it now ????

Well this game lower my score and lagg was terrible my phone so badly please fix the lagg

I used to love this game before the last update...I love the team play option but the scoring is all off, I hate the new wheel spin set up, and the ads that pop up constantly are beyond annoying. Roll back the update please!

I don't like it since updated 30/11/17 it's keeps freezing half way through game I've lost gold bars spin the wheel lives

More special levels and prizes added please,best game ever.boring prize games though.prize games should add more special levers fed up playing the same ones now

what the hell have u done to the game. You basically broke all of it .. charms percentage .. lost 210 hours of jnlimited free time from u nlocking after 5 spins of wooden wheel . that bonus js back to 30 minutes instead of 29 hours .. coins have been nerfed .. the watch the videos thing with the wheel turning is the most annoying thing ever .. you guys seriously took the greed road instead of client satisfaction .. all in the name of ad revenu and microtransactions .. are you guys sure you havent been bought by EA ?

I've played for years then bought my samsung galaxy tab S2 8.o and it worked great for maybe a month. Then one day I tried to open the app and play and it closed immediately and i havent been able to play since then because thats all it does!I've been uninstalling and reinstalling this game for the last month hopeing it will work again but it isn't. What the heck is going on guys?! Please fix this issue

I've played tis game for a very long time... Ever since I got my 1st iPad and didn't get to play it bcuz lost both my iPad n Hp.. But nw since I oredi hv my own WiFi at home .... Hihihi ... Time to install bck n get my fingers bck to thr exercise ... LoL

I agree if the scoring wasn't all off and the game didn't go offline at times when it shouldn't only to get back on and find some of ur items gone it would be great. Good customer support team though. They fix it if u just let them know they make up for it.

I love the game would give it a higher rating but, it usually always fails to successfully spin the wooden wheel daily. Says no internet when their is a clear connection, then crashes and forces closes. This causes me to lose the prize from the spin and forces me to use 2 gold to spin again. Until it is fixed it will stay a 3 star.

Have been playing for a couple of weeks. My top score was over 400,000. At one point i was able to tap out 500,000+ on 2 separate occasions. And each time the game blinks and i have to log back in. When i do it starts a new game no point added or gold. I dont like to be cheated I'm very competitive and always play fair. Your game ahould also. Im uninstalling for that reason. But thanks for the days of fun.

I LOVED this game but ever since I started playing again, it steals my coins and doesn't register my scores. I've gotten millions of points and should have won first place multiple times but the game wouldn't register my score! Very unhappy with your game and this is the reason I stopped spending real money!!!! Also you should figure out something different for the team games cuz it's not fair to play your butt iff to win and one or two people play once get a bad score and don't play again so your average is low cuz of them!!

I have faithfully been playing this game for almost 2 years if not more and for the last few months this game has been cheating be out of my mission. I will be almost done with the mission and then it'll show that I haven't done it. That is wrong and not fair, and I'm making sure everybody knows about how Wooga keep cheating people to make you spend more money.

Needs optimising for Galaxy S8/S8+ - Screen keeps flashing and the game logs itself out every time I do a level. Really annoying, have spent money on this game.

It's a really good time passer by. I love it but sometimes it takes my life's away and I haven't even played a round yet, a little annoying. Also it says I'm not connected to the Internet when it is. But other than that it's a fun game I love it

I'm playing this game on my Galaxy A5 and every time I try to spin the wheel it stops all of a sudden asking me to spin again with Internet , in spite of having good Internet connections the issue remains. Secondly, the newly refilled lives are all gone after a single game. And am asked to either ask my friend for life or trade points. This is really annoying and needs to be fixed ASAP.

I am on Level 253 and play Team Battle.. It's Saturday and 5th Place on the Team hasn't played since Monday. That person has only played 5 games and used 1 Charm. I am INSTALLING on both my Devices.. ADIOS!

Please update this app to where if you have to have your advertising adds on it to do so at the end of a game not in the big middle of it. That is just flat rude. I will give you a month or two then i am done.

This game has not been updated with new levels or functionality in what seems like a long time to the point it's repetitive, it has the same power ups, tournaments and rewards as a result the game has become boring. I would like to see something new regardless on the platform it's played on. One thing I have to state regardless of the Android device there is still a noticeable lag one has to wonder if this is intentional.

The app crashes and kicks me out everytime i hit better result. Maybe its the stupid Freezy or however it calls but it crashes and it's making me mad ! Fix this stupid issue!

I totally loved this game on my old phone, just downloaded it to my nee phone Samsung A520 and I can't play it properly as the game looks like it's magnified on my screen sho can't get to all the controls and info. So disappointed ????

This game is greate to play and the wheel is fun to spin and in this game it is fun to collect all of the gold coins and all of the gold bars for spinning the wheel and listening to all of tthe comershials that is in this game. I also love having all of the special events to play in this game along with spinning the wheel to get some free time to play with without using any lives up along with spinning the wheel to and or watching all of the commercials to winn some gold coins and or gold bars in this amazing game that will also help with your eye hand coordination and the control of one of your right or left hand movements.

I originally reviewed this game in 2013 and stated what a fab app this was. However I now find myself having to review this again. Since I have installed an upgrade on my Galaxy tab A, this game will not open, and I am unable to play it, despite accumulating 300,000 coins and 700 gold bars!!!! I have been in touch with the support team numerous times, but I have still not been able to open the app. I have done as suggested, uninstalled & reinstalled, turned the tablet off, rebooted etc, all to no avail, I have now disappointingly given up!!!! Has anybody else had this problem?

This game is so addictive!! I cannot stop playing it!! I feel horrible when i realize after a Hot shower after a long day at work, i have been playing for hours on end. Craziness! Can't get enough

Its a terrible app. The game started out good but then the problems started. While I was playing sometimes my missions would start all over and it would show as if I never did the missions. Not only that but big amounts of gold and coins disappeared. Then the app would freeze while I was playing. So its a good game but the problems are so big that I can't enjoy playing it. I don't recommended it.

I really like playing this game HOWEVER , my lives disappear, points disappear, the lag is annoying and the boosts often don't activate. Are you able to fix?

I love the game.. But it's been acting weird.. I scored the first place in the global tournament n the next day my score was Zero n from silver I was put in bronze... Plz fix the issue

Love the game! It's a very fast-paced game and is very addictive! Many upgrades/improvements have been made for android players since I started playing. However, I hate that speed limits are incorporated into the game.

I been playing for awhile on level 159 & somehow today for the tournament i was knocked down to bronze level. I've been #1 all week at diamond level. Can you please explain asap. Thanks if not I will uninstall.
