Simple yet addictive game What a great life experience game. The last moment is such plot twist which never expected. I am very grateful stir developer to take much precaution on bug. Unfortunately it may still happen during last chapter of game. The freeze us minor so it doesn't matter at all. Love it worth spending time to solve puzzle and enjoy the graphic view. Keep up the good work

My honest opinion. I liked it, but...it could have been better. The story is nice and simple and the graphics are adorable but, I don't know, walking into this blidlndly, I saw the clichés a mile away. The puzzles are...dare I say, a little too simple. And the story wasn't enough to pull my heart strings. And, the story was a bit too short. But it had some neat visuals, just felt like they should have been explored a bit more. Besides that, I would like to see more horror pixel stories, thank you so much for this and making it free. ???? Hopefully I can pay for no adds next time.

sir jesse, i really like to complement you and all those who helped developed the game. it really moved me into tears. I'm touched especially at the end of the game (sorry guys, no spoilers. you have to play it for yourselves.) when i realized what house and room and what's going on. haha! i love the game. keep up the good work and may luck be always at your side. ps. is this a life experience or just your imagination working? Excellent story and execution of game. My only wish is that it is longer. I'm an avid fan of horror, books and games so. it was perfect for me. The simplicity of the controls yet intriguing puzzle really made this game fun. I was expecting jump scares as it is common in games these days but no tacky tricks of that here. Im really looking forward to distraint 2. I'll definitely be there the moment it comes out.

The most beautiful and touchy storyline I have ever seen. Easy to play but not easy on your heart. A beautiful and immersive story line crafted and woven in a way no game can be. It just kept me pulling towards whenever I was not playing it. Just can't stay away from it I never expected so much from a mobile game. I don't know what to say. Three months and such a beautiful game! Hats of to Jesse and his family. And a great acknowledgement at the end made my teary eyes to sparkle. I just loved it. I would request the developer to make more games like this one as soon as he can, I'm waiting for it dude.

I did not expect this much depth from a free to play mobile game. This was an absolutely amazing game. The story kept me in, making me want to come back over and over to see what comes next. The atmosphere made me very cautious and hesitant with fear. And it brought forth a very deep message. Beautifully crafted game, definitely my favorite I've found on mobile. I really liked it, and I usually don't like many apps. This was a beautifully constructed game, the mostly desaturated colors were perfect for it. Some of the parts were somewhat disturbing (I'm talking to you, Mister in the basement of the retirement home!) which perfectly fits the style in which the story is told. I loved it and even shed a tear at the end of the credits! A game that is, unlike most other games lately, well done :)

Good game. Deep dark story I say. Not that sad though, the puzzle was good, But.. I love the moral of the story.. never lose yourself, don't be too greedy, do good to each other no matter what. Job or money isn't everything, in the end, your actions is what's gonna define you.. ???? I'm sad about the little fox tho..... and *******SPOILER******** RIP Mrs. Goodwin...

I just finished the game and no doubt is it the best mobile game I've ever played but probably THE best game I've ever played. The story is so well put together and the graphics suit the mood incredibly well. It would be a sin to not rate this 5 stars. I have absolutely zero complaints and I wish you the best of luck on your future games :)

Damn, this game is awesome. BEST psychological game I played so far. Puzzles were not that hard. This is scary because of its creepyness (Bloody and nice sound effects.) But not your typical horror game that gives you Heart Attacks which is I like (I'm not fan of many jumps scares) But what is truly amazing is the story. This is too emotional, so HEAVY. i can't help but cry at the end. Not many games could do that. Good job. This is REALLY GOOD. Worth to try this. Its FREE. ????????????????????

This is so far one of the best games I've ever played. The graphics, the story, the music and the twists are perfect. Might be tricky sometimes but you'll figure it all out when you keep on playing the game! Some challenges might look like a bug but they're not. Good job for the team! Cheers!

Short game in a weird ambiance. Kinda short tho, but still well made. Im just a bit disappointed it was so easy to play, not so hard to figure out all the pizzles. And, since it was a horror game I did expect a bit more jumpscares than there was. Also maybe it would be better to make it not so linear? Maybe choises? That we can pick what to say or what to do with the item? All in all very much recommended for anyone, and I hope there will be some kind of part 2.

Beautiful, frightening and sometimes funny tale into the life of our portagonist Price. It tells an interesting story with beautiful 2D pixel graphics. The game has a fare share of scary moments, but, surprisingly enough, funny moments as well that made me laugh. A truly great free game. Please, support the developer of this game, he deserves much more attention.

First review on app store I have ever made. This game deserves it. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to play for free. You will get my monetary support once I have money in my account. This game is unforgettable, beautiful, thought provoking and a great commentary on what money and greed does to us/society long term. You will not find anything close to this quality anywhere else for free. If you have the 1.50$ to spare, pay when you start playing. If you don't, that's fine! But by the end you'll be saying, "can't believe I'm so cheap as to not cough up the price of a candy bar for amazing art." 5* across the board

GREAT GAME. Just played it for about an hour and i really love it. Great graphics, great sound, great everything really... That being said there's just a few things that could be better. Really minor things, mind you????. 1. Bgm loops don't fit, there's always a slight pause between them. 2.Please check your spelling and language, people. But, don't worry a lot of these games suffer from the same disease. 3.And this is a REALLY minor one, when playing in the dark, the buttons lighting up are just too bright. Anyway, thanks for this super game. It's a definite 5+ stars from me!!!

This was a beautifully crafted game in all respects; the gameplay, graphics, and story made this a very enjoyable and engaging game to play. :) It strikes a chord and resonates even after completion; I honestly want to play it again after literally finishing maybe 10 minutes ago! I honestly had not expected this quality from a pocket game. The story was very creative with a very strong message. The puzzles were nice and the horror was very well-executed, when I was expecting cheap jumpscares. It was more like a disturbing kind of horror, which I love. The twist at the end was what got me tho, I would definitely recommend this game for anyone who wants something interesting and fun to play in their free time.

This game is awesome!! But the puzzles are very hard. I successfully complete the game just by two days figuring out how to use that hanger made out of iron. That ending was ???? but the starting was strange the middle was scary but its not very scary. I would love to play part two if there was one. I recommend it to all of you guys that liked horror and puzzles.

An absolutely beautiful masterpiece of a game. The graphics are amazing, the story is beyond brilliant, and even the controls are good (which is difficult for a mobile game). I've been playing this game for about a week, and now that I've completed it I don't know what to do in my free time. This developer certainly has a big future.

What comes around, goes around. This game definitely touches a few nerves with its story. Though it isn't exactly horror, but its not made up of jumpscares as well. I've bought the game on STEAM few months ago (haven't start playing due to DOTA2 w/friends addict at home) yet I just started to play this on android instead, during my free time at work, like lol wut to myself. Well me fan of one of your game Silence of The Sleep which I've completed earlier so I've expected this to be great in every aspect too. Such masterpiece. Much deep message to be sent. This should be shared and played by everyone. I'll look forward on your next new games when available :D

One of the most atmospheric mobile games I have played... And the atmosphere really is what what makes disstraint a good game. Throughout the entirety of my play through (around 2 hours) a feeling of absolute dread seems to hang about everything... The graphics and soundtrack compliment the bleak story line making for a very original experience.. Loved it!

This game...is the best story game I ever played. Gameplay is flawless, graphics are great. It is pixelated but the art style makes up for it. Controls may seem a bit boring but they are so good I don't mind there aren't dpad or something. This game's story, 11/10 -my ign. The story... doesn't need saying. This story... you won't miss. And the replies to stupid ways are funny. Overall,THE BEST GAME EVER.

I absolutely LOVE this game. At first, I was a bit hesitant to download this game because I'm not that comfortable with the horror genre. But after playing this game, I had a whole new perspective for this genre. I truly did not expect the ending but, as a writer, I found it dark and twisted and truly fitting for the game. It's not really that scary, but the events building up through the ending is unsettling. I truly love this game and will recommend it to others. Great job!

I LOVED this game! It was easy, yet at times a bit challenging, but overall a blast to play. I loved the storyline in it and it really made me feel sorry for the guy. If you're looking for a horror game without all the jumpscares and stuff, this one is it. Totally worth it.

A solid game. The biggest flaw that it has is the poor ad placement and the fact that ads may even cause your game to crash (happened twice to me). Does it deserve nearly 5 stars? Certainly not. The message is great and the gameplay is as good as a game within this genre could provide, but it isn't revolutionary. You won't find anything new here. What makes this game worth playing is hands down the message it tries to deliver to the player, which is undoubtedly unique and valuable. It's a lesson worth learning. For a game developed in just a few months, it would be incredibly difficult to create something better. Kudos to the developer and to everybody else involved!

Overall this game is a brilliant piece of art. From it's excellent gameplay, to it's unique graphics there is a lot to praise here. On the downside the puzzles we're quite repetitive and linear and near the end the game dragged. This game overall deserves a solid 4/5 stars.

Keep at this game no matter how many times you get stuck on a puzzle. This is one of the best games I have played in a very long time. Definitely my favourite mobile game.
