How to play?
The exercises are hidden randomly under coloured buttons. To play, touch any coloured button then do the challenge. Challenges consist of basic floor and stand up exercises that can be performed anywhere.
As the levels get harder you will need certain equipment. Please read the instructions for each level.
There are 5 levels, level 1 being the easiest and level 5 the hardest.
Play our challenges at your own risk, if you have theories on how some of these exercises are in anyway harmful to your body then please do not play. We are not responsible for the pain you will endure, so suck it up Princesses.
Levels / Instructions:
Level 1
Basic Stretching, stand up and floor exercises. Total of 25 random challenges.
Level 2
A harder version of level one. Total of 25 random challenges.
Level 3
A Mixture of punching, kicking and blocking. Total of 24 random challenges.
Level 4
This requires dumbbells and small weights with a mixture of Stretching stand up and floor exercises.
Total of 40 random challenges.
Tips: For level 4 if you don’t have dumbbells you can use a bottle of water, a rock, anything weighted or simply empty closed hand to simulate a weight.
Level 5
A mixture of everything including chin ups, dips weights. You need to be fit and strong to play this level.
Total of 155 random hard challenges.
Tips: Only use weights that you are comfortable with.
