Fifth Edition Custom Builder for Android
Could not stop messing with this application. A little confusing at first and I can't do everything but I know the tools are there to homebrew any class. I love it. We'll done! I've been having an issue with the summary for feats disappearing after I leave the app. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
I really enjoy most of what this app offers, my only suggestion is to add a clear or delete option with almost anything. Like I accidently messed up on creating the starting equipment and made too many options. I would like an option to delete it to clean things up and not mess up the flow of the finished product.
Not very intuitive with the class features. When I input a feature, instead of a clear concise notation of that feature, I get something like this: 'setabilityscorelimit'. Either the interface should be clearer, or the output is faulty. I can get a better result with a word processor. Uninstalling.
I like that it has so many different features and options, but unless someone already knows what everything means, then it's brutal to get the hang of. It could definately use more info icons next to other details that show up in multiple fields, like the "set" and "modify" options; the "If-Then-Else" feature could definately use more details. Maybe also adding custom resistance and immunity features, and vulnerability features. Maybe a "preview" option would be a good addition, as not everyone will know exactly how it will affect certain details of other options, so a way to see what it would affect before exporting it would be really useful, and less need for trial and error before it's ready. Like adding an option to make a temporary character sheet that you can use to do a quick check on how certain things would appear on the actual Character Sheet app. A template thing could be nice, don't know if that would affect much, but some people might find it useful if they were trying to set up a specific varient to a pre-existing Race and such. A way for creating specific types of weapons and such could also be useful, since many campaigns probably use custom weapons and stuff.
The UI could use a bit more fine tuning but and maybe I need a tutorial to use it properly without getting confused about what goes where and how certain aspects for custom feats work, other than that it's great.
Potential to be good, but there's problems. Hit dice should be changed to include the "d" for dice, subclass creation layout looks like the class creation, among other things.
Just wondering if there is a place to get some of the json files for archetypes and such. It takes forever to input the data
Takes a bit to get used to, and have run into some limits. Overall a good tool for the persistent.
Its good but the archtype option doesnt work to well cant get it to apply to my classes and nothing on tips when trying to use the app to better understand how to use it.
I can't figure out how to recreate the expertise feature. Other than that, it works, but the interface is messy.
Great app. It could use a custom weapon builder though and maybe more descriptive explanations for what things are/do.
It is useful once you know how to use it but confusing to start out with. It is much improved from the first time I tried it and getting better still.
I would give it 5 stars, but if you accidentally turn the screen while you are creating things, it erases all unsaved progress.
This is a really good app however you should consider creating some how to videos and posting them on YouTube. Then put a link to the videos in the help section.
It's great but I wish there was a forum or drive that people could share custom builds on
I wish there was a little bit of content pre-loaded as examples to potentially follow. I'm would also help to be able to access and add on to existing sharedmenus from the character sheet app rather than having to recreate everything from scratch.
Fun for a noob. This app helps greatly with the numbers game at character creation and keveling up!
Has a learning curve in the beginning but once it all clicks, its one of the best homebrewing apps to date. Highly recommend it.
Fantastic. A great and thorough way to be able to include custom features into your character sheet. Works smoothly with the main app.
Great app, allows you to add in custom features. I liked it so much I bought the full version of this and the original that work really well together.
While I like the app and have used it a few times in order to create custom classes and feats. The learning curve is steep and I wish there was a way to create magic items in the app.
Tricky to figure out but totally worth it once you know what you're doing.
All the other programs youve made refuse to import files from here... fix it
It had a pop up that says to view it in Google play. I can't get into it at all.
Very confusing and not at all clear how to use. Please fix in updates.
Wont allow me to upgrade. Id like to be able to import custom content. On Rooted Galaxy S5 running Resurrection Redux OS with Open Gapps
I very very quickly realised I was in over my head. So... Think about all the math stuff first before you get this app
Do I need to apply 'Advantage' to a feat? And how can I add a Custom Feat to a Race/SubRace? I can't find it in the list when I make it
This is a very useful app if you understand what everything does it would be great if it had either a tutorial or examples or both
Good tool, some options are a little confusing
Great app, can't figure out how to add dragon ancestry, would appreciate help
I love this. It allows me to make any type of character needed for my games it works great.
It's a really good concept however maybe they could add in an icon to add spells or skills
I love this app!
Great app, but does have a learning curve to using
You should add the ability to create custom weapons
This is a great, easy to use app.
i hate it
Garbage

It's terribly annoying having spent more than forty minutes fleshing out something only to turn my phone sideways and to see my unsaved archetype disappear as I'm randomly sent to the main menu with the screen flip. Still could use some refinement, but it's still powerful enough for my needs.
