Im in the game and why cant i download it using data only? It always says downloading remote files failed code:-3 state:0, do wifi connection is really needed to continue downloading it? Or their is any other way to fix it.. Need advice or reply ASAP

I will re-rate this as soon as you fix the queue in connecting to the servers. You guys sure that we need to wait more than an hour for us to be connected to the server and suddenly disconnected? Having 3G-4G connection aren't enough? Be right back and make sure to answer me correctly and understandable

1 star for now... I like the game the problem is i cant log-in my account anymore im VIP6 char and the game always indicating login failed... Even reseting my pass dnt work at all... Fix this error...

I want to report a problem. This game is fun but how do we complete the Side quest on Asha Temple? I clicked the mead barrel like a thousand time but it wont work. Why? Please explain because Im stuck in level 31 now.

Just downloaded the game but can't even play. Kept saying "Login: Login failed". Obviously it failed cause I just started? Can't even be bothered anymore.

The game is good.. but i dont like the players.. they not supprt the lower level players... they dont even talk to them... the legions leaders dont let te weak or the newbie join ther legion... in result the strog keep stroger while the newbie stay weak...

Error code :-03 state 0. The game loading stops at 25℅. This best game i've known from surveys and gameplay and YouTube video is already a mess. Already dead game. Do you still have any plans on developing and keeping this game functional?

Complicated. I hate the pop up messages and messages from another player. Just annoying, block in game view. Maybe another player like it, but not me!!! I played this game before I hope that this game has sounds and voices I also want to have easy access or putting password so that files that are created wont get lost when the game has been updated and have easy access to guilds thanks

Nice game but No active Gm No active Mod and also no updates. This game is good but the developers doesnt care about this game anymore sad life

I finished downloading the resource files and once it initializes it says " download remote files failed " i uninstalled and installed it again and again it still wont go past that pls fix

I like the game, so much but I hope the players can choose whether "auto" or map like what the other game look like so that if the players are bored watching their character rooming around the players can choose to find the way just by looking at the map and play, not just to tap the button and then the character move alone. Just a quick suggestion hehe ^•^ and I really love the pet thing kawaii. And the costumes of every character of this game. it's like the one I play in my computer dragon nest & dota

Please add map(arena)PvP ,that can play pk anytime .no kill points,no rewards . Just have fun PvP area, that all players can play,not that 1 vs com. Its nice to have arena(play for all).coz I feel so bored.pleas add. Then please add resources exchange,that can we change star stone1 to orange nd red star stone,.to be fair. Not to have 10k diamonds to have it. Lol ..

But everytime you put an update theres a bug next to it, now after the last update 3.4.0 the mail cant extract the attached files so my runes were stocked in maybe 3 or 4 days? After update, please fix this, more players are counting on you, thats the only problem i hope tomorrow i can get my runes thanks

U made 3 map limit for each legion on clash of king event, you expecting earn more Top up? No way. This game has no competitive again, without being number 1 still can be a winner this new update totally sucks

Some ppl reported me that im using bug. but i never did something that it my cause the game to banned me. Its just simple report and max report make a story then who ever you want to be banned it will be deleted his account they dont even check my system whether the report is true or i lie..... im very disappointed with this game i been playing this game for almost 2years beacuse its not about vip its a long gaming and build,strategies, sad thing they never check my sytem to prove that i did nothing.
