The game doesn't work keeps shutting off my phone won't connect to Bluetooth and when it does it backs out the game completely..my son was excited for this and your product ruined his Christmas excitement thank you realfeel for ruining Christmas for kids around the world congratulations your product was a complete fail and I'll be getting my money back.

It sucks at everything but failing to amuse me I can't even get to the game how is this fun I had to wait 24 hours straight just for some freaking load this is the crappiest game ever it's not even my WiFi have all Barz fur full so this game is crappy fix the game nobody likes it at all thanks for ruining my Christmas real feel the world congratulate you for ruining everybody's Christmas

I opened it up, got it set up and after I pressed scan, it crashed. I must have pressed scan 20 times before I gave up. It was a Christmas present from my little bro. He was really sad when he realized I couldn't use it. Now I feel kind of sad too because my brother just spent money on something I can't use.

Can't even play the game. It won't connect then after loading it just automatically logs u out. Waste of money. Will return

Got this for my son. When it finally connected to Bluetooth, it completely froze up. Can't play game at all. Returning to store. I'm really not happy that I got this for him as a Christmas gift and it a POS.

My dad got this for my son for Christmas. I only got to play it once but when my son finally gets a chance to play it the app completely freezes!! Y'all need to fix the problem!!

Thought it was stupid because you couldn't rotate the screen if the clamps hit the power button and shut it off.

I bought this game for my son on 01/10/18 and it's still scanning. The game won't work I wish I had read these reviews before I bought this game i would of not purchase this. My son and I are very disappointed in feel worst because we live in the Bahamas and I bought this game from ft Lauderdale now we are stuck with a game that don't work. Really piss of.

The device that goes with the game keeps turning off my phone and won't let me play and I can't even turn my phone upside down since the app does not, in all the product that this app goes to is very poorly thought out with a terrible design

Played on LG G6. As an adult, I had a good time with this game. $30 for a VR headset and blaster controller is a pretty good deal. The game isn't anything to write home about, but I genuinely had fun. The blasters motion controls are pretty finicky, but you can also move your head to aim as well, so you can pad the bad controls a bit. The VR headset is cheap, but the lenses are 45mm in diameter, which is 50% larger than Google Cardboard. They're also boxed at the top and bottom, and they cannot be adjusted which caused blurriness for me.

This did not work at all..tried it on iphone as well as the S8 ,would not pair with either devices.. this was supposed to be a gift for our son on Christmas but since it does not work we are going to bring it back, and get our money back for it..

Maybe someone can help me. I've got it to work & it connects to Bluetooth just fine once we start the game but for some reason its constantly staring at the ground. My son gets attacked by monsters but can't look up or see them. Just looking at the ground. Disappointing. I'm about to uninstall it & re-install. Maybe that'll help.
