Based on the popular Countdown words and numbers game show! Select vowels and consonants to test your English language skills against the clock! Select big numbers and small numbers then see the target and solve the maths puzzle before the clock counts down! Sign-in and post your scores on the Global Leaderboard and compare your high scores against players all around the world!
FEATURES:
Full Game
- 5 letter rounds, 2 numbers rounds, the final anagram challenge for a bonus 10 points!
Letters Round
-Choose the number of vowels and consonants up to 9 letters.
-Make a word using as many of the 9 letters as possible before the 30 second timer finishes.
-Points are awarded based on the length of a correct word.
- Find out the best possible word at the end of the round!
Numbers Round
-Choose 6 numbers, big or small, and press the TARGET button!
-Reach TARGET using some or all of the numbers selected and the on-screen maths symbols
-Max points for hitting the TARGET, less if you're close!
Anagram Round
- 9 letters to make 1 word. What a challenge, but it's worth BONUS points!
- Guess the word in 30 seconds!
Global Highscore Table
- Compete against players from around the world!
- Challenge your friends via Facebook and Twitter!

We use advertising to monetise the experience. There are no coins/gems/booster to pay for or time restricted plays. The free version of the game occasionally displays small banner adverts and sometimes full-screen adverts. We carefully balanced the ads to be fair to the player and developers and to not impact the gameplay.
Remove Ads:
We offer a single iAP to Remove ads. The premium version contains no adverts. To Remove all the Ads simply select the button and complete the in-app purchase. Your data and scores will not be lost.

App is terrible, buggy, glitches, plays in wrong resolution, answers are glitched, #s round doesn't work right. Apps galore. Here's a tip for the app dev: nobody wants to pay for an app ripping off a trademarked game show just because you put 100 ads on it trying to extort more money. And now you add additional permissions that go above and beyond what a simple game app should have, ill be uninstalling... Wonder how the broadcasting company that owns the rights to countdown would feel about this game...

Fault with conundrum if you get it wrong only allows you to share on twitter or Facebook. Can't exit. Can't save. Just stuck in conundrum. Great otherwise.

This is a good game, but there would be two ways to make it better: 1) Saying what the longest word that could be made at the end of the word game & maybe whether the numbers game could be solved (if that's possible). 2) An online 1 v 1 game option would be fantastic.

Love the 8out of 10 cats version of the show really nerve racking working against the clock, makes it fun too.
