the concept is pretty simple..

chase the dragon and watch your dosis. Whenever you reacj the dragon a new dosis will appear somewhere. You have to catch this before your ammount is up.

With your left thumb (on the left part of the display) you can move your actor. With the right thumb (on the right part of the display) you can inject yourself a new dosis.

In the left upper corner yo can see the time in which you will need a new dosis. Below is a map, on which you can see yourself, the dragon and every dosis.
On the right bottom you can see your actual stock. A full bottle will last for five injections.
In the left bottom is your actual score and your best score.
