NORAD Tracks Santa

I've tried this app two years and according to our local TV station it's awesome well I can't get anything. I was so anxious to show my kids and nothing has happened! I got them both in here for a video and it froze up my entire phone. You definitely need to fix this! I really expected something great with all the publicity

Updated yesterday can not open today very disappointed. We track Santa every year with you and play the games you have. IF i am able to get into the app it won't let us play the games. I am disappointed in the new app. Please please fix soon so we can track Santa this year.

Tried uninstalling and redownloading multiple times, this app will not open. It barely starts and then just shuts down. My kids are so upset, since they wanted to track Santa on their iPad tonight... doesn't work on my galaxy phone either.

Extremely slow app and it seems the route has already passed the UK by 9pm. I rather expected the route to reach the UK much later so we could show the children that he was getting closer and encourage then to get to sleep. Oh well, wasted installation

Can't even see the shape of the land masses. Not going to bother with this any more. Gets worse each year, pity because it's such a lovely idea.

This comment is pretty much like every other comment. When I click on the app it shows a black or dark blue screen and then exits it. Ever since I was four I've been waiting till mid night on Christmas eve, eve with my brother just to see this app start tracking Santa now I'm ten and my brothers twelve hours away I won't even get to watch it alone.

This used to be a great APP but now '???' ... Leading to Grandchildren being frustrated with frequently draining resources on games plus too quick to terminate the 25 Days of games... School aged grandchildren are unable to complete all games as they are eliminated too soon!

I've used this app for the last few years and for some reason this year this app was terrible. My kids get really excited about tracking Santa, but this year they lost all interest in it. Do something better or I guess I'll find another way to track Santa.

Kept crashing but try a few times (be patient) and off Santa flies. Thanks NORAD for making my two young children very happy and excited. Merry Christmas to the whole world.

Why hasn't Santa delivered to Australia and NZ? Since you know we have Christmas first being at the start of the time line and all. Not realistic unfortunately. Very disappointed.

I have tried installing twice. Still doesn't work. Very disappointing. Please fix. My grandkids would love this app if it worked.

I down load this every year and this year it doesn't work. All I get is a blue screen and then a message saying I am not connected to the Internet when I am. Doesn't look like I am the only one either!

Im not happy with this app. In the southern hemisphere its 9 pm but santa is still looking at polar bears. Wth?

Great idea but continually crashes so it is worthless. The app has to work for 1 night a year and it can't even work. We are highly disappointed and so are the kids who were looking so forward to this!!!!

(2015)Tried the app again on a new S6 but this time it wouldn't even load! Do you even test before publishing? (2013)App crashes when you get to the important part of tracking santas flight. Children very disappointed!

Better off getting on your tablet or desktop to view videos (hear service men and women). Not happy with the app.

I remember having this app one or two years ago and it was really fun, smooth interface, pretty, etc. This year when I downloaded it I wasn't even sure it was the same app I'd had before. The whole thing is incredibly clunky looking, lags horribly, and is very difficult to navigate. I was really looking forward to the cute minigames and such but this app is just unusable ):

I have been trying this app for about 3 yrs now. 1st on my iPhone now I have an LG G3 and the app is doing the same thing. It won't open all I get is an error message.... What phone will work with this app?

I used this app on the computer before and it was awesome. But on my tablet... Not so much. It didn't load so I deleted it. You ruined my little brother's Christmas a little.

It keeps on freezing every time u go on there I download this game one time and it worked fine........looks like they updated it and did a horrible job on doing it........they need to fix right away before Christmas.

We've used this before and loved it, But now out won't open. It starts to load then exits automatically. My kids are going to be really sad on Christmas Eve as they love to use this to see where Santa is.

I'm glad that they sorted the bugs but to late for my 8 year old to save her game scores. She was not happy. Will try next year and hope you get things sorted for then so it didn't kick me out all the time x

I have used this app in years past and loved it. This year it just goesnto a blue screen and stops and cloese out. Wish it worked. It had some cool things on it. Very disappointed.

Having same issue as majority of people on here. Even after both new updates, it starts to load then exits out. Please fix before Christmas. I have a galaxy s3.

everyone has said it doesn't work because of a bug but has been fixed and works properly. The only issue is some lag but it's only minor.

I can't believe somebody would put an app out like this that has NORAD in the title it crashes immediately don't even worry about downloading this app it is terrible not worth your time

Useless!! Kept logging itself out...it would freeze and would have to go out of the app and log back in. Google app was much better. One would except more from Norad!!

This little app takes you various points around the world where Santa has either been or is going to. No problems opening the app. It takes less than a minute depending on where you are and in a WiFi zone to connect. Running ACER iPad ICONIA 4.4. . .. It's an adventure that you'll never forget!! Merry Christmas Everyone! And to all a good night..

The app won't even load. It crashes within a second of showing the loading bar. For the sake of Christmas, I will keep trying every so often...but if it doesn't work in a couple hours, I'm uninstalling.

Had this app last year and it worked pretty good but this year it sucks like having to work on Christmas day. Bad bad bad.

Worked briefly, but nothing like dying on Christmas night... good thing Google's tracker kept working.

I've used this for years to track Santa with my kids but I guess I won't be using it this year. It shuts down as soon as I open it. Too bad.

I downloaded this app and it will not open. It starts to load and then shuts down. I hope this gwts fixed before christmas

I have been readingball these bad reviews that the app won't open well mine did the games worked and everything same as the computer version

Just installed today and everything works great. Only comment is when I use the back button on the phone when in one of the sub apps, it exits out of the whole app instead of going back to the main menu. Thanks for this app Norad. Merry Christmas

It is a good app but something confuses me, in the app it says DOWNLOAD THE APP at the bottom... This is the app!!

Graphics not good, too many bugs. Had this app numerous times for the holiday season throughout the years, can honestly say that this was the worst one to date.

This app won't even open for me, I opted for the Google one instead, no problems whatsoever. Total fail and don't bother with this one.

Just installed for this year despite the most recent reviews saying it didn't work any more. It works for me on Android 5.1.1
