Virtual Regatta Offshore

A very realistic game for a sailor. Provides the challenges of live sailing without having to buy a real boat. Loved the Sydney to Hobart 2017. Would have done better if I read the off game instructionsbefore thuis race. See youonthe Melbourne to Hong Kong race tomorrow and the clipper in two days.

A good improvement. My only beef is it cost money to change your boat colour. Be prepared to spend if you need to win. Find a few friends to race against and have fun without spending.

I did participate in several editions of the volvo ocean race game hosted by virtual regatta. But it is now either rediculous expensive to participate if you want to compete, or you play free and then it is just not realistic and gives you lots of frustration. It is not about sailing anymore for owners. they are after your money.

Great game, love the competitive aspects. Needs to show vmg and the in game prices for upgrades are ridiculous. Only way to have any success is to pay for boat refits

Needs lots of data, not good if in remote areas, also the only way to be competitive is to buy the options, i have lots of online friends that have given up playing because of the continued cost, you can by the lower numbers doing the vor,

Great game. But often loosing connection with server and in game purchases are expensive.

I really enjoy playing this game but unfortunately it has not worked reliably on my tablet since the last update. Not much fun to plan a strategy that is not executed.

Good game that could be great by adding a ruler and reducing the cost of setting the sailboats. $24.99 for a full options package is insane.

I certainly like the game. Unfortunately the app on Android is buggy and makes my phone freeze every now and then, about once a day. And when it does the whole phone freezes so I have to restart the phone...

My biggest issue is that for no reason it just logs me out. I ask for a password reset and dont get the email for ages, if at all. By the time i get back in my race is wrecked. Very frustrating. I started playing just after the clipper race started, this has happened 5 times since then. Why?

Too dependant on in game purchase. Need to level the playing field for those of us who can't spend that money. Lower prices and a race series where no one can buy anything / everyone gets everything for free

The game is good, but the prices are incredibly high and you need to purchase extra options to be on the first positions

Needs a VMG gauge and the price to set up your boat is crazy. Very addictive, great game

Fantastic game, racing against he real racers and thousands of virtual sailors. The graphics are excellent but there are some bugs. For instance, the wake is streaming forward from the bow ! :) It is extreme heavy on processr and battery. On the whole a great app with a huge amount of detail behind the scenes.

Great game. The only one I don't feel childish playing it. Just one remark. The full packages are far too expensive!! Sometimes 10/ 12 euros or even 15 euros per leg. Considering the Volvo has 11 legs..thats a lot of money! Yes , you earn some extra points for not using the cards during a leg but you still need to purchase something if you want to race with the big names.

Too expensive per leg... and i notice that we're not getting cards tgis leg.. so i guess its inconsistent....

This game gives you opportunity to sail simultaneously across several oceans without leaving your home. Cool 3D graphics allow for some quite realistic virtual sailing. Would get five stars from me if the app didn't freeze my S7 several times already.

Awesome game! I'm playing on my phone and it works great. It's exciting that you can compete with other people and check your ranking not only worldwide but in your state, city or club as well.

Why is it always night? Right now it's midday off Tasmania, but game has it as night time.
