Celeb Poker - Texas Holdem VIP

I have two accounts,with this site, both are stuck, at frozen table, I get no support from the site. This is very unacceptable. I have had , the VIP account, for 8 years, just bought, A big chip package, did not, receive. Chips, I want to google, play store, Investigate, this, corrupt, site, rips, off, customers, I have, digital, reciepts, I bought chip packages,

Freezes a lot, every time I back out of a game too go to another table it freezes and exits. Also always brings a pop up on my phone saying it stopped working. Really annoying

Since I played the game the last time, there were many Problems.

For some reason this app will not download onto my android tablet device, it keeps saying can't download, and now I cannot sign back into my poker account, can you please sort this out vaiden

I've tried both this version and the free one and I've sent customer support 5 emails in the past few days with no response. Just wondering what's going on. I've tried logging in through Facebook. States account already exists and user disabled

I paid for Vip but still when conecting getting into free version. Support answering to my mails,but still cant get conected.

The pool of players is way too small and stays small because a lot of the players play together so much that they sometimes gang up on newbies. A lot of players complain that the game is rigged but it is fair but the bullying and foul behavior of some make many players switch to or stay with the larger pools of Zynga or Dragonplay. Both Zynga and Dragonplay have caught up with Viaden's silky smooth gameplay and one could say that Viaden has taken a step backwards by copying Dragonplay's exceedingly busy themed UI. Support is poor. I watched my wife lose 7 million points while she wasn't even playing and their response was a simple "it didn't happen". However, 7 million points disappeared from one logon to the next.

One of the best poker apps ive played has some bug problems and not everyone can send chips to friends in need i think that sux please fix this for i have friends who have sent me money and i cant return the faver

U think its a great game now just wait it don't stay great yep 6 months ago it got a five star from me now I wouldn't give it a 0 if u like it don't ever update leave alone every update I've done it gets worse just my issues for what it's worth
