First and foremost, this app is amazing. I love it for keeping all of my games in one tidy place. My only complaint is that the app crashes when I try to search with 1800 ROMs in the list. I'm pretty sure the search feature is only used when you have a lot of ROMs, so it kind of suck that it only works when you don't need it. Would also like it if it didn't show the tile backgrounds if it found an image for the game.

Looked promising but fell short. Not as good at finding box arts as similar apps. When I selected download profiles I got thumbnails for way more systems than I use and couldn't seem to find a way to delete the ones I didn't need. The final straw is my games won't launch! Example, GBA games, I go to GBA, I set my emulator to GBA.emu but still it fails and when I return to set my emulator, GBA.emu is no longer highlighted but something not even installed is. Became very frustrating in the end

Please add the ability to search by game title. For instance, if I want to search the game "Contra" and then pick from my favorite system to play it! Or if I want to see how many mortal Kombat titles I have across all systems!

Great work! happily upgraded. If you could add support to browse alphabetically within platforms this app would be perfect. Even just support to browse via subfolders, it's the only thing missing.

Gamesome, who ever you guys are, You make my dreams comes true. What you guys did what beyond words, as a gamer since the 80's, this app brings me back to those days every single time. My suggestion, can you guys figures out how to put the video snaps in even without sound for each emulators, it would be extra ordinary features then. Anyway, it is one of the kinds app for us and older games or so to say to bring those nostalgic moments as a true gamers. Salute to U guys as the developers.

A few emulators seem to have lost compatibility for some reason. Retroarch is torture to configure.

K70%
by K####:

Overall i really really like the app, works well but I would like to change my review to 3 stars because recently, when i tried to "Manually search data", it just constantly says 0 results found", may i ask why?

K70%
by K####:

My one stop shop for when I'm feeling nostalgic. Thank you for making this app! Very convenient to have everything in one place.

Needs a way to manually add more emulators to the selection, as even if you have one if it's not one of the preset ones (or it is but it's a possibility like retroarch) then there's nothing you can do to use it through this frontend, which defeats the purpose.

Loved this front end until I upgrade ld to android 6.0. Now whenever I exit a game, the front end immediately reopens the game. I have to completely close gamesome in order to switch to a different game.

K70%
by K####:

Looks wonderful, but unfortunately it seems to mess around with RetroArch's main config file, undoing some custom settings I rely on; thus making it unusable for me.

K70%
by K####:

Great GUI and launcher for my ROM's. One request is to add the "John" emulators to the list of choices.

K70%
by K####:

It's not possible to assign emulator systems to single games. This feature should be possible due to certain emulators running games better than the other. Fpse and ePSXe as an example.

F70%
by F####:

It is quite good but it is really only worth it if you use the in app purchase. Would much rather have the upfront cost.

A simple and awesome retrogaming frontend. Highly recommended!

Very nice frontend.

Needs a scroll bar, remove color squares so boxes only, multiple select and add to favorites for each platform or click top right on covers in cover view to add to fav..things like that. Great job so far!

Really like this FE, I have it running on my shield tablet. I have no major issues with it as I understand the pitfalls and progression of emulators and frontends, I currently run gameex on my home PC and been emulating since 1997. My one issue though is that I can't upgrade to pro as the option is greyed out. Keep up the good work, you have an amazing little FE here. I have one suggestion, I would prefer the system icons to be of the original logo/name for that system and/or a pic of original system hardware, video snaps would be awesome too. Thanks for your time and effort with gamesome.

Fantastic, a great front end and works great on an Android box! But still occasionally getting ads at the bottom of the screen even though I paid for the upgrade. Also when I exit a game using the Exit dialogue in an .emu emulator the front end immediately re-opens the game in the emulator. I have to exit the front-end entirely using the home button and open it again to choose another game. Any idea what might be causing that?

Decided to try on the Nvidia Shield TV and it appears to be improved, not crashed yet. Has picked up the box art on NES and SNES but lots of gaps on other systems, have found most of the missing but its a pain to get them, as for the Moto G4 it now downloads the profiles and is working quite well. It looks good, hope this helps.

I am using Nvidia android Tv box. Works great has everything a front end needs! The only thing I wish it downloaded the box art faster. Is there a way I can place all the box art downloads on a usb drive along with where my games are? They take up a lot of storage space. Also you should make this app available as a launcher. It would work great as a front end launcher which you could set by default to never leave the program . Then people could set up an awesome android arcade machine with.

Awesome frontend. Can you please add an option to load psx cue files instead of bin? This one issue is causing me problems

I like this app. I have one complaint. The move boxart to external USB doesn't seem to work. I have a shield tv and a sandisk extreme 500 portable ssd.

Not controller friendly. Won't let me purchase full version on Amazon fire stick because it doesn't have play store. edit.. instead of saying u don't understand, you should take my advice and put this on Amazon store your missing out on a huge market. I have since found a better front end, your response shows you don't understand.

While it's nice it doesn't support all emulators and sometimes the games won'launch (like any ppsspp game). I love the auto starup option, but needs work.

A great frontend with room for improvement. Just downloaded the latest update, which sounds like it gets rid of 98% of my initial gripes with the app. It may not be the flashiest frontend around, but I prefer something like this anyway. I do wish it wasnt hardwired to only work for certain emulators, though that's not necessarily the author's fault. Still, when configuring a system, how bout an option to allow the user to attempt pointing it to the location of an unsupported emu app at least? Might not work with a few, sure, but Im sure just as many others may get along with it fine.

This is exactly what you are looking for. There may be a small learning curve for newer users but once you get everything where it needs to be it is fantastic :) Supportive dev as well. Really appreciate it. When I upgraded to the paid version had a small issue with ads but was quickly resolved by dev. A+

All I can say is it's getting better but not enough to be 5 stars yet
