I don't understand why this game has so less downloads, people those who loves retro side scrolling games like game boy era must download this.. Nowadays I'm playing sword of xolan but comparatively this games is better than it in aspect of upgrades and new weapons, the dev need to work little bit for smooth graphics and also should promote it cuz this game is awesome :)

This is a solid, solid mobile game. Upgrades to your character can be purchased with in-game currency and are reasonably priced. New enemies AND new weapons are continually introduced throughout the game. Levels are short and sweet. But what I really love about Cally's Caves 2 is the music. The variety and quality of background tunes really make this game for me. As soon as I finish this (on lvl 63 so far!) I will definitely be downloading the next installment in the series.

It's a good game but every time I play it starts at the beggining and I have to make my way back through everything. I uninstalled it and installed it again and it did the same thing I tried to erase the data but it didn't let me. I have all my things (coins, upgrades and purchases) but it doesn't let me see the map. What do I do?

Lovely SNES-like graphics and good controls. I LOVE the Chill Out-style Music. Upgrades aren't too expensive. 96 Levels of Story Mode and a further 12 Levels of Challenge. My main gripe is the Jumping; It's easy to jump over a hugh hole and then get pushed back by an Enemy into said hole and sometimes the Double/Triple Jump doesn't work hence the 4* review.

Good but it has its flaws.I can't use the map but every time. I play it starts at the house forcing me to beat every level,there are a few jumping bugs (cally needs to jump higher)and where can I find Callys caves one.

Was happy playing, untill I needed to purchase the triple jump to countinue the story line. The glitch prevents the collecting of coin needed to buy. Please fix this as soon as possible. I would like to keep playing this game!

First of all, I found this platformer quite interesting. TES-like progression of leveling up your guns as you shoot enemies is a fun feature. I found enemies varied and challenging. Upgrade shop is another good thing about this game, as it provides a good reward for those hard-earned coins. Now, onto problems: No level select, game always starts at Cally's House, forcing the player to beat all the levels again. Cally gets stuck in some places, forcing a game restart. No quit game button in game's menu.

theres a major glitch that every time i collect coins it says +0... got to a point where i need to purchase triple jump yet cant collect coins

even by picking up gems and coins I get +0

Really hard to get into when the ads melt your face off every 2 levels.

I asked the Dev's on why there is no map on this game..The Dev's replied back saying they were gonna fix it but never did..So I give this 1 star cause everytime I play this i have 2 start from the beginning due 2 no map..Not right..I bought into this game and I can't play it due to this issue..

I love this game so much I like the songs the guns and the enemy you guys sure know how to make games please make a part 4 by the way this is my favorite game on mobile device

hey im new to this game i just wanna know do you need to beat the game first then you can use the map function?

On the 1 boss when you beat it do not be one the block at the end because once you beat the boss you can't move Pliz fix

This is a fun platform, with fun weapon mechanics to keep things interesting. Certainly worth your time!

Loved it just wish I could have paid to remove the adds now on to play no 3 :-)

The only challenge is enduring the ads every 5 or so levels. Waste of time

It was an enjoyable experience the adds were annoying... till i went farther i was happy to let them be my resting stop for my fingers it was great though exp for guns were ridcoulous i have took the time to max out all of them but the worse was the grende launcher i couldnt find callys cave 1 for some reason in the store so i guess i will be playing three its worth playing not many games are played like this yet the store iteams could be bought quickly if guns exp was foucesed but worth the 5 stars

Good game, but it's way too easy to earn money - I bought all the upgrades by level 20. Also, I have at least seven weapons but I only use three. There should be an easier way to swap weapons.

Many bugs, got stuck going left on the first screen, my gold didn't increase when picking coins and the game crashed when I tried resetting my game, couldn't complete it without gold.

Great story line and love all the weapons but the only thing I don't like is all the ads but other than that .....it's perfect!!!

Map button doesn't work. Back 2 stage 1 every restart. Shame.

Fun but once when I pressed the jump button 2 times I only jumped once

Just put airplane mode so that you don't get ads and stop complaining people

Edit: Gave this another go after finishing Cally's Cave 3. The map button doesn't put take me to a map and the in-app purchase button doesn't do anything, even after getting the prompts for each from the suit guy. Original: None of the coins I picked up added to my total so I quit playing.

To my misfortune, there is a money glitch. The first time I opened the game, there was an error message and the game closed down. The second time I opened it, it worked just fine, except every coin I collected never added to my balance. I didn't think much of it until I couldn't pass certain levels because I had to buy the upgrades. Please fix! I would love to continue playing!

Just yes. Perfect mobile game. NOT a pay to win, NOT a "come back every hour or you'll fall behind" game, NOT buggy or laggy, NOT a freerunner with no control over progress. This is what games are made of. As soon as I finish 2, you better believe I'm downloading 3.

neat platformer but the lack of creative stages, or any reason to actually back track , & no actual map makes it feel more like a Mario type game then a metroidvania type. Beat it in one go but it took me about 2 hours gotta say is longer then any Android platformer I've played so far, sprits and animation are pretty well done, visual weapon upgrades are a big plus, but the boss fights where all very anticlimactic no patterns and very easy. A good game that couldn't leave up to its true potential sadly =:3
