GBA.emu Free

This is a great GBA emulator app. Please make it so we can have the option to make the emulator display double side-by-side screens so we can use VR headsets to play games in 3D on our mobile phones with bluetooth gamepads. I know that it would not turn it into full Virtual Reality but it could make a nice 3D effect to play GBA games with.

This is my new fav gba emulator because I can use cheats,savestates,loadstates but make a way to quickly savestate and loadstate by adding a button on the screen.For anyone who complains that cheats not working which have over 2 lines of code then just, then just make that on cheat code into two cheats and activate both at the same time. Also call them like this,Example-walk through walls 1 and walk through walls 2 to remember them easily.

I like that the game instantly saves as you exit the emulator. The one thing i did not like is that sometimes when you exit the game or pull down the notifications bar the game does a fast forward and you have to exit the emulator for it to stop. Besides that it really is a great emulator

This emulator is the best yet. It has no adds and well you know it's awesome. And for all those who say no fast forward I think I found it. Idk if it's just my phone but if you keep touching or swiping the top left corner of your phone you should find it.

Problems with the on screen controls not staying gone when I use a Bluetooth controller and have it set to auto. Also the Android navigation bar keeps popping up when screen controller is touched, even when set not to. Other than that, this emulator works great.

I tried to use the rare candy cheat for pokemon fire red but the game just crashes and I can't find any help anywhere! Please fix this and I will give a five star rating cuz otherwise, this is amazing!

Has a speedup button, multi save states, edit button locations and sensitivity. Love it. Only issue i have was moving the save files and save states to another folder, which causes the app to not be able to load those files, but moving them back works again

This app is better than most tba emus on the market. I am encountering several apparrently common bugs like no auto saving, it not detecting manual saves, button shrinking, games closing when I switch to Facebook to message my room mates. I am running an LG power currently , and these problems are encountered by practically everyone on android versions jelly bean and up. The people would like a patch for these problems.

Everything that feels wonky at first is easily fixed in the settings. While I wouldn't mind a fast forward, it really just feels like playing video games on my phone. Good stuff.

Who can forget the classic games that come with the gameboy? The controls of this emulator are astonishing. Plus, if your stuck in a game just use a cheat code.

This emulator is great! I can play all my favorites GBA or GBC games perfectly! I was going to pay for My Boy! but I regreted! :) Thank you so much! ♥ But I have just one question: a friend of mine has a Samsung Galaxy Chat and he installed this emu but where the controls should be there are just white boxes... I mean, the constrolls work perfectly but why do they look like that? Anyway, thanks again.

For a free emulator it sure offers a lot more options than most free emulators, like save states. However, one thing that really annoys me is that the emulator only plays in portrait view, not landscape view, every time I choose landscape in the options only the menu screen goes landscape, the game still plays in portrait view. I know its a small detail, but there are other emulators out there that offer the same as this emulator as well as being able to play in landscape view, so three stars it is.

Worked great on my cheapo ZTE with Android Jellybean. But now I can't sav3 states, or game. I can load fine even if I remove my sd card and just use phone memory still gets error i/o. Currently trying to uninstall and reinstall again. If works will change rating back to 5 cuz it plays games great. UPDATE: same error

This emulator is awesome! I'm using a Galaxy Ace S5830i. But its virtual keys suddenly became too small even if i change its size on the settings. Please fix this. I really liked your emulator coz it supports all i need. thanks.

It really works well and you dont have to click the save button you just have to quit and continue progress....... Thanks to this app i can play some pokemon games.Before i download this emulator i download some emulators and i cant save them so i uninstall it . Nice app

Its a great emulator! The only problem is that when I enter cheatcodes it says "invalid format" on every cheatcode. If you could fix this I would change the review to five stars and tell a lot of more people about this app.

I have emailed you several times and tried to get help. But you don't even reply so I'm going back to my previous emulator and to anyone who wants a good emulator don't bother with this one it sucks now. Tho it was once the best. Back when it actually functioned

I've only tried out a few games but this is the best gba emulator out there. Lots of settings and landscape mode and no annoying ads. For newer devices running Android 3.0+ be sure to save the game on the phone storage as well as the save data on the phone storage.

My .sav that was made on PC did not read on gba.emu i was sure i had it in the right place. and had the name correct I sent him(the programmer?) an email i got a reply 2x at the second be wanted me to send .sav after that i never got a reply back i waited for more than a week. My boy! Helped me properly and got the .sav to work properly, i recommend to move on to my boy! As soon as possible

Ive tried myboy,john emulator and countless others and this is the best one ive seen. Others are good but limit access to cheats and save states but this one doesn't. My only complaint is that it lags every once in a while but hey, nothings perfect.

This crappy disgusting dirty piece of crap has an delete button as near as possible to the continue button deletes every thing.... I advise anything but this emulator

This emu let's you save. Only one complaint is that you should be able to put the L and R buttons at the top of the screen instead of over either the D pad or A B buttons. I press them 100 Times a day

Works well. Working out how to save was a small challenge with the whole; no permissions on external card issue. Other than that, it does change to Fast Forward gameplay after exiting and re-entering the app a few times. D-pad is also a little clunky in it's positioning. But it's very good and worth the install. The paid emulators would need to be flawless to compete. Haven't figured out if you can save multiple games to a ROM yet. *Edit: you can have multiple saves using the state slots. ^this guys a noob!

I've been using this app for some time now and I really love it. Runs well, easy to navigate, and no ads are just a bonus. The one problem I have is with cheats. I can get the codes to enter but when I turn them on, they don't do anything. It could just be that the tutorials I've found online aren't very well written (they aren't), butI I seem to be doing everything right. If the developer (or anyone else) would be willing to make a quick how-to, it would be much appreciated!

Pretty good app, but the L button is way too close to the d pad. When I play LoZ ALTTP, I'm constantly opening my map. Also make the d pad bigger so the game doesn't get confused and make you run all over the place. Thanks!

Everything else's works perfectly. Too bad cheats don't. Playing harvest moon and I seriously need to use so cheats, so that's disappointing...

It works, but, playback freezes and unfreezes temporarily during game play on all GBA cd-roms I used on this emulator. Also audio skips or momentarily goes silent and will resume shortly. Suggestion: stability improvement. Used on: Kyocera Hydro 4.0.4

Great app. Lots of good features. I play pokemon all the time with this and is the best emulator so far. Only thing is, there needs to be a way to connect different saves of a game for trading, battles, etc.

It doesn't lag or kick you out of the game. I haven't had any problems with saving and I've been using this app for a little more then a month. I highly recommend this app.

Hands down the best, it's free and has everything every feature any other emulators got. For people who don't know how to Fast forward, check ur on screen config! It's invisible, but mine was on the top left corner. All you do is click there and it'll be FF.

It is so much fun to play this but is there a way to reatore lost files? I went to click continue game and accidently hit reset and it deleted everything I worked on.

It's pretty great, especially the Bluetooth thingy with Wii remotes. I seem to be having trouble saving with Pokémon games, but it's been fine with all other games I've played on it. The fact that you can move diagonally is a real plus though.

My only qualm is on screen configuration, I wish I could move the d-pad all the way to to bottom of the screen instead of having to use fixed placements which place it smack dab on the text box. Once we get better on screen config 5 stars

How do I enter a cheat code and enable it I found the way to use released cheat code section ☺ now I just need help making them work!!! Need code help for Pokemon leaf green / fire red! +

This app works great for me. I've seen people complaining about cheats on here a lot and I gotta ask... Am I the only one who doesn't use cheat codes? You have save states isn't that enough? Oh well... If your like me and you just want to play some gba games on your phone because you don't have another way to play them then this will work perfectly for you.

Ok so this app is awesome and all occasional complete phone lag but thats natural considering how I play on a phone not a tablet but I was wondering if you guys could make a GameCube emulator as the only currently released one is the dolphin emulator which just won't work

Every time when I try to save the game it says I/O error, any way to fix this?
