Barracuda Bizzy

Este juego fue desarrollado por un equipo de investigadores de la Universidad Nacional y los Andes en el marco del proyecto Jugando con el Género, el cual tiene como objetivo desarrollar productos digitales y promover prácticas que aporten a la igualdad de género.

El objetivo de este juego es hacer que Bizzy, la Barracuda, coma la cantidad de peces necesarios y suficientes para evolucionar y así superar cada uno de los niveles; el reto está en evitar que Bizzy sea comida por peces de mayor tamaño e inhibir el comportamiento depredador cuando haya pasado el umbral de la barra de vida. Este juego está dirigido a niños y niñas entre los 3 y los 7 años y pretende desarrollar habilidades cognitivas tales como Agrupamiento, Operaciones simples m, Jerarquización , Relación de Cantidades, reciprocidad, noción de número y adición.

Bizzy la Barracuda narra la historia de una intrépida Barracuda que vive en un ecosistema marino junto con otras especies. Tu misión es ayudarla a comer lo suficiente para que pueda crecer, transformarse y así logre enfrentarse a depredadores que podrían quitarle la vida. Debes calcular con exactitud el número de peces que debe y puede comer, pues si supera el límite, Bizzy no podrá pasar al siguiente nivel y correría el riesgo de morir en boca de un pez mayor. Recuerda que cada pez que come Bizzy tiene una equivalencia en la barra de vida, así que debes estar muy atento y poner a prueba tus habilidades para lograr combinar de manera eficiente el número de peces que sumen la cantidad que exige la barra de vida siempre tiendo en cuenta que debes evitar ser comido(a) por los peces mayores. Operaciones de suma y resta te serán muy necesarias en esta etapa así que prepárate!

La regla general del juego es que Bizzy solo podrá alimentarse de otros peces más pequeños que ella y debe evitar ser comida por los peces más grandes, sin embargo cuando supere el umbral debe dejar de comer así estos sean más pequeños ya que al hacerlo tendrá que permanecer por diez segundos en el ambiente, evitando ser comido por los más grandes. Una vez cumplidos los 10 segundos, se devuelve y debes ser muy hábil en comer los peces que realmente necesite Bizzy para completar la barra de vida. Bizzy podría ser eventualmente comida por uno de los peces de mayor tamaño, en tal caso pierdes una vida parcial; La barracuda tiene 3 vidas parciales que le permitirán mantenerse en el juego hasta que logre ganar o muera definitivamente en el intento. En la parte superior derecha de la pantalla se indican las vidas con la silueta de tres peces, procura mantener estas tres vidas hasta el final pues de seguro las vas a necesitar.
