There's a lot to do and you don't really need to spend money to get the heroes you want, it is a fun game and keeps you coming back for more especially if you join one of the new servers it gives everyone a chance to shine.

Laggy playing from USWest. Gotta reconnect occasionaly past few weeks. Today my character disappears along with 3months of time and about $20 I spent >_<!

The problem is that it logs me out a lot and keep saying there's a network problem. This keeps me from playing. Please fix this.

Nice update but damn that refine...how come physical atck hero got magic attck? U all just think about money? Decreasing reward on boss..wtf

It keeps saying check network connection but i am connected to everything else. I have already invested money because i like the game but this is very upsetting ..

Can't never play to long without it saying can't claim reward or something of that nature really sucks seriously sucks such a great game

After updating, game can't connect to server 01. I uninstalled and re-downloaded but problem persists. Actual score 4.7/5 only rated one *for dev attention.

Especialy after new patch comes 1.5! Before i write about bugs alot to support, but they never check what i describe and dont bileave me till i send many screenshots with proof. And now i have much more bugs and they remove sweep from score buttle! You need to do all battles manuly, also 12 chests, i have vip7 but sweep scrolls not enought for sweep all difficult 12 chests, and i should do it manualy. Totaly i spend 2 hours more every day for stupid actions, witchone should be on SWEEP!!!!

The game is ok ihas a nice graphics, gameplay etc. But I have a problem I was top 1 on the score battle with more than 6k points last week to be precise earlier before the server reset. I was expecting that I will get the S hero reward but then I didn't receive it at all. So please if you fix this I will rate the game 5*

Can't find the old login button, I m lvl 49 already. And I can't remember login name as there was never use before. Please advise

Can u try to make it no take 100 years and soo stupid it was full it said it fail to load so i have to wait 100 years again i hate it worst game don't bother replaying

stock up in getting server detail after long hour gaming.. what happen. i already clear cache and clear data and uninstall.. but nothings happen still stock up in "Getting Server Detail"

Does not work at all updates download really slow and when that finishes it restarts on the login screen every time

It is great game. Really addictive. Spent quite money. Takes quite long to get best chars and equipment

...and very heavy on the wallet. A real pay to win game. A pair of orange boots at the shop cost 4000 diamonds, that's about 70 usd or rm300MY haha...and there's a bunch of orange rare type heroes that anyone can buy at VIP lvl 5. Becoming a VIP 5 isn't cheap though. I paid a few $ thinking it was enough to enjoy the game but it seems it didn't just stop there. Well I'm uninstalling. Thanks for the experience.

I just bought the 1.99 bundle to get me to vip 1 and not several days later does it not recognize my Google account. It prompts me to enter in an email and password when I've never had to do this before. I would either like a refund or an answer to my problem.

Fun edit: it took too long to get better characters. I even spent a little bit hoping to get one that I'd enjoy more but didn't. All while getting destroyed by all these other players with high lvl characters.

Arena keeps telling data error I can't claim I've restarted it countless times now I've uninstalled it 2 times but I'm still willing to play cause I like the characters and spent money on so please fix ur issues

Keeps on giving me Network Error when I have a good connection. Can access other apps with wifi no problem. Dunno what's with these servers. Really disappointed.

Bought the 200 return funds and they removed the progress. 7 day consecutive rewards not able to claim. Send in three tickets got a reply but no action being taken.

My lvl 47 team with combat power of 211k was unmercilessly trashed by a lower lvl with 160k of combat power haha. Yesterday me and another fella were trying to occupy a gold mine, we had to fight, you know what, this fella has only one hero and he beat the crap out of me with my 211k cp 4 men team, lol. There's no future for me in this game. Also pls be careful when topping up, I did a minimal top up and the gems wasn't delivered promptly, only after three days and 2 tickets they resolved the issue, meh.

I played 1 moth. But today when i want to play. Need to log in. I put my username dan pasword but it say the account not registered.... damn i have top up yesterday and now it cant open and say my account not registered.... wtf

I was played this a week ago... And my colleagues try it and they always forgot to msg or call the wives..

They took my money with no rewards that I bought. I have now sent in 2 tickets and nothing

Is it normal I just got this game and started my first adventure and the map was severely glitched it was slinging the floors it's hard to explain.....

I have now lost 3 game infos and I will not be downloading it ever again. Too many issues and nothing being fixed. I was at high levels the first 2 times and now the 3rd time won't even load. Thanx but no thanx.

I love the game but I keep getting game errors and data errors and also keeps kicking me out of the game. It needs to be fixed.

Why its just the VIP 1 can summon a 6 stars Heroes, that's so unfair.
