When I downloaded the app I connected to the game As I try to sing a song I couldn't get any points nada please fix or update something better than this app

Should get 0 stars wouldn't even connect. Companies really need to make sure their products work before people start wasting money on it. I only had the demo but I see a lot of people actually bought it only to find out it doesn't work. Lame

Won't work on any of our phones! Even the brand new phone purchased today. When we scan our xbox shows up but the app won't connect.

I thought it was like just dance. Wawawa need a gaming console. #Lame

Tried repeatedly to start the playlist and repeatedly got kicked out because it couldn't locate our performer. Try again Ubisoft. This app is unusable.

Doesn't work. Very disappointed I wanted to join in with my sister but I can't.

My Pixel almost never works and disconnects when songs start. Frustrating as the kids want to play but the software is buggy junk. Ubisoft letting their customers down.

Use to work, but now it sees my xbox console but when I try to connect it says wifi error

Shame looks ok and I happily buy more songs but it doesn't connect to my g4 and won't pick up singstar wireless mics like loads of other song titles do, so avoid.

ANDROID USERS AVOID! On Galaxy S5 camera too dark, on Galaxy S7 and S8 microphone (even with headset and mic turned up) barely registers. Very disappointing.

Makers better luck next time I would rate it a 0/10

It's alright and works pretty well, but it really bothers me that you can't actually video yourself without the game assuming you've gone offline so the majority of our playbacks are pictures of the wall.

It won't even work were I can play anything on it

I have to practically eat my phone for it to pick up any sound.. uninstalled after one song.

Could see my console but I could never connect. Got a microphone and it still wouldnt start the game. So sad.

Worst app ever. Fix it! Or at least add a solution to the description!

Just says can't connect and won't work.

It worked the first time I did it, but then it stopped working the second time I tried it. Insanely stupid.

Love the game but having a tough time getting and keeping the app connected properly. If the app buggs were fixed i would give it 5 starz.

Tried on four devices, none of them work with the XBox One S. Terrible app.

It literally said my Xbox one didn't exist, no matter what I did it wouldnt show up for nearby consoles

It says usb microphone is optional but when you connect one you hear your voice echo while you sing and with a time-lapse of about 1 second.. extremely annoying and stupid! I paid for those microphones for nothing and it's all gone to waste!

Connected and worked well, need a current smart phone though. After a few songs it didn't let you view the song you had just sung. Also there isn't 1000+ songs be lucky to get a 100 songs and you have to buy in packs. Make it like lips please.

I tried using this app in party mode with a few family members. They were all were able to connect to the Xbox with their phones. However, individual phones would get disconnected mid song. The game play started out fun but quickly became frustrating and we stooped playing after it happened for 3 straight songs. Not worth buying additional songs if the game is unusable. Please fix this :-(

Couldnt even play it to rate the game. From the beginning it is horrible. Wouldnt connect to the xbox. We tried all the suggestions a number of times, but nothing worked. Maybe you need a little more research done. I would NOT recommend this at all. Huge waste of money.

The app itself would not connect until I went into xbox settings and messed with permissions. Nothing helpful from Ubisoft to direct customers to a resolution. When it did work my, and my wifes camera were so dark we had to press out faces to some lights for us to be visible. The game itself is no where near Lips. Just grunt or tap the mic and you'll win. No note tracking at all. Our two usb mics stopped working after we went into vs mode. we had to cold boot the xbox to get them back. Hardly any songs.

Waste of time. I tried everything to connect and the app will not connect. Other apps do connect so I know it is not the wifi or network settings. My daughter was very disappointed that this wouldn't work. I don't recommend anyone to waste their time on this.

The most retarded ways to set up a PHONE game! I will never download any apps from Ubisoft because their apps are insanely stupid.

Downloaded the demo and this companion App. Demo 'runs' with just 2 songs available up to 5 plays each, but despite the App connecting to the XBox One it had no operability. DELETED both App and Demo!

doesn't work with android, have to hold to mike so close for it to work at all, brand new (galaxy s7 edge) iphones work fine, typical games sucking up to the apple nob heads

Simply wont connect, been through settings on the console and can't find an issue...seems others having same issue. Could do with an update in the description...simply connect doesn't cut it

It will not find my xbox on anyone's phone, it worked once and now it says no devices found even through the phone and xbox are both connected to the same Internet connection, and we have removed this app and then installed it again, it still don't work

I have tried everything. The app sees the Xbox one but says it can't connect to check my settings. I'm on the same network and all settings are correct. Seems that no one has had any luck. App is free but game is not. What a scam.
