Valiant Hearts : The Great War

It has been my third time to comment your game, please help me, the game still does not work. Every time i open the game, it shows me a black screen with only the audio on. The game continues but there is no visual so i can't enjoy it properly. I've installed it twice in my phone which is LG G4 with the latest version and i've spent 200.000 rupiah. It will be such a waste of my money if the game does not work. It would be really helpful if your team who is working permanently help me to fix this.

Not compatible with Android Nougat. No issue on Marshmallow. Needs update.

Ubisoft make another one I bloody loved simple though complex and the ending should be a sequel to ww2 it was awesome

Amazing and touching puzzle game that teaches history and interesting facts about the Great War. I was surprised how much emotional impact such a short game had on me. Would highly recommend.

Game is crashing in Marne battle episode 1 on my Nexus 5 so I'm requesting a refund. UPDATE: Game crashed on episode 2 as well so I can't use this at all now

Can't even get through the first episode, it freezes and shuts down during game play, it's annoying and o just wanted 14$ please fix this problem

Can't finish the last mini game. Maybe it's just my touchscreen or there's some time delay involved. Either way, I can't finish it and will have to watch the ending through You Tube

I paid 15 dollars for a game to enjoy. But it's laggy and I really want to enjoy the game please help.

Para quem está com problemas em concluir a instalação por erro do jogo basta mudar o idioma do aparelho pra inglês e depois reiniciar , logo após fazer isso, abra o jogo e espere ele completar o download e logo em seguida mude o idioma para português novamente.

The "game" works perfectly. I hate calling it a game this is more like an interactive story that transcends just being a game. I feel like it is an emotional roller coaster with incredible writing, voice acting, artwork and interactivity. I am totally sucked into the story and want to to what happens to Emile, Karl, Freddie, Anna and Walt. I loved the Dogs of War story about Walt and Cassie. The historical facts and attention to detail make learning about The Grea War accessible and come natural. Great job.

Ubisoft releasing a good game with heart, soul and dedication; treating war as a theme with tact and respect? I'm not complaining but... Are you okay ubisoft?

Great game but won't load after the last update... Stuck on "downloading content" screen. Please fix!

We can't refund after time but that's not why I don't like it I dislike it because it always closes and I have to redo missions all the time and on phone the graphics are terrible

I love it. Play it for a bit and you will too. Playing on Shield tablet with controller and cannot stop. Well worth the investment.

Sucks I can't use it on other platforms without paying for it on them. Would have beaten the game by now of I didn't have to use my tablet.

You rarely come across a game that delivers on more than one facet. This game with it's remarkable storyline, it's authenticity and it's unique gameplay strikes a balance rarely seen. It is a beautiful game that everyone should enjoy. This game is totally worth its price.
