For 2 player, there's no timeout, and no power ups? I can't see any possible way of one person winning without giving up. When using it by myself, I took like 15 seconds of clicking one side only to fill the bar. So for the purpose of "deciding who pays the check", I think the restaurant would close before you decided this way.
