Some behaviour is inconsistent, there's no friendly mode to be able to ask about others' holdings.

X70%
by X####:

Very weak AI. Please improve the AI because I love Acquire-like games and the is the only one in Google Play

great game. could have better features.

This is a good version of the board game Acquire. All the comments before mine are accurate except the complaints about not seeing other players' stocks...in the original game you can't see who has what stocks, just who is buying what...so this version is true to that by not telling you who owns what later, just at point of purchase which is part of the "fog of war" aspect of the strategy.

IMHO, the major issue is this: I get a notification on my phone, when I return to the game, *the entire game is reset*! (Maybe linked to the screen refresh.) This is extremely ennoying, especially when it happens near the end of the game.

I've not played Acquire for years, and this really does the business. A good brain test for 10 to 15 minutes, and not as easy as some of the previous comments suggest. (Samsung Galaxy SII).

Sorry. This app has been around forever and it's just not very good. The user interface is poor. The AI opponents are very weak and the game itself has draconian copy protection that slows starting and insists on checking in with home base every load. I had a clone on my old Palm Pilot that was better 10 years ago.

Great adaptation of Acquire. Game play is very fast for easy quick play. AI is a bit too easy at times.

Love the game, but is there a way I can call the end of a game?

Pretty good implementation of Acquire. Either the AI is weak or I'm a super genius, but I suspect it is the former that is the case. AI players almost never invest in my companies (giving too high of bonuses), and merge companies not in their favor.

License check every time I open it. Makes it unusable when traveling.

Got so wrapped up in a game that I just missed my bus stop and now I'll be late to work. Nearly petfect adaptation of the game, I just wish there was an option for the colourblind.

Any acquire app is better than none. Great start. Please keep updating.

(1) The calculation for trading 2 for 1 shares during a merger is incorrect. If there are 6 shares of red still available and I have 12+ shares of yellow, and red is taking over yellow, I should be able to trade up to 12 shares of yellow, instead, I'm only able to trade 6 shares. (2) Need to see what computer players purchased on their turns (3) If a player has no playable tiles on his turn, game locks up. In the game Acquire, you are allowed to exchange tiles when you have no playable pieces.

Very nice adaptation of acquire. Please add option to show who owns shares. Text color on yellow and green is hard to read. Great start!

H70%
by H####:

Difficult to keep track of who's majority and minority shareholder, maybe a list of who owns how many shares of each company? Interface needs polish.

D70%

Use strategy and memory to compete for control of the "best positioned" - clever and addicting. Leaving game in the middle stores the status, so you can finish later. Simple graphics work well with the smaller screen size. Wish there were more competitive simulations or strategy games like this one...

Really enjoy the game, but please change the yellow color or use black text on it. It's near impossible to read currently (the green one too). Thanks
