Winx: Butterflix Adventures

I've had this game since its release and only recently after not opening the game for a long time that I wanted to play it again, however now the game closes immediately after I click the app saying app not responding. Please do something for it I love the game and I don't like that I can't play it anymore.

I am sick and tired of this game! It keeps deleting my progress, and it was doing that on my Samsung Tablet, also! It would leave me with the six fairies, but it didn't show that I had bought them and gave me no population whenever it did that! But, a few other things could be fixed, like 1, the controller. It is kinda small and my fingers are big and end up BURNING. Also, I hate how expensive the prices are (considering it deletes all of your PROGRESS!). But also, the characters could've been made a little better, like the hair could've been more realistic looking, plus it flies through their chests and it's kinda gross. Also, the chins are a little too pointy and slanted. Consider all of these things and I might reinstall, plus, I think I deserve free gems after buying +$60.00 worth of gems.

Well for me its 5 stars but I think the price for buying them with gems is not that good 2000 gems and a crazy amount of those people points that you get for moving around and doing stuff mine just disappear after 1 or 2 days without playing so please please make the prices lower for fair us cause I can't wait to battle Brafilius

Will the game save your progress if you exit the game? Because I really have a high population and I don't want to lose it like last time. Sorry I'm to scared to test it out and where are the other students I don't see them anymore (The people who walks in the halls ) But it is still a great game but can you please answer my questions Tsumanga Studios ltd?

I bought blue gems and did not get it I don't know if you have to put in a code or something to get the gems but please help!!

I kind of like it but the only thing about it is it does not save your progress.

my game deleted everything i brought and is making me start over. what do i do to get my data back. it keeps deleting my data. if it keeps doing it i deleting the game

I played this game before and bought stuff and all my progress is gone! All the winx, the outfits, everything

I was finally able to log on but then I bought 20,000 gems and got the Winx, then Tsumanga took all my stuff except the Winx! And they took my outfit and torch things to fight Braffilius! So give me all my stuff back and when you get to the history room you need to make that top part easier to balance your character! Plus the characters and outfits should be free, plus you need to make the Winx chins less POINTY! So fix all of this! PLUS, THOSE DOORS THAT ARE LOCKED NEED TO BE UNLOCKED!!! Plus the hair goes through the Winx and it is GROSS! And I don't get what the red gems are for!!!! I don't like the update because it's too dark, so don't update! The controls are also too hard, so fix it!!!■●◆It would be cool if all the Winx could talk to each other, and you could leave them in different spots because if one dies, another one could step in! (P.S if a character dies, they should sink under because you can't sit in lava or water.)

My daughters say that when you don't play the Butterflix game for a long while, you lose your people that you collected from gems, and then you have to get them all back.

I'm not able to dress the characters, there's no option for buying the clothes. How do I buy them??? Please fix it.

Awesome game but I can not enter the brafilius level after I beat him once and there are no more flames under the portraits of the winx. I still have all the winx but it doesnt work.

Constantly losing in app purchases and progress because when app install on new tablet you lose it all. Good luck using the same name because it will say already in use with no way to get it back. Typical for this company to rip you off. No ability to restore purchases and progress gets deleted because Facebook restore of fairy fails 99% of the time. I'm not gonna keep starting over. Skip this one. Shame cause I like winx club.

I have spent hours trying to get it to work. Keeps saying isn't connected to the internet but we are. I want my money back. My Daughter is crushed.

I'm totally obsessed but can someone explain the population thing? It says I have over 545,000 but then I don't have any. I want to upgrade my characters and I cant do that without population which I already have...
