i tried using the AR problem is the book does not have any Geoffrey coins.

I won just a minute ago twice and I'm having issues plz fix because I could not get the game to work I won and could have got a sweep stakes and I want to win plz fix my daughter is sad

I found all 8 coins that I needed to, but when I clicked on the link, it went straight to an "ERROR" page. Maybe it will soon be fixed. ????

I've try to uninstall and reinstall and it doesn't fix the problem. Pretty sad because I wanted to play it.

App won't open on my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S). They should at least make an email entry on the web page for the gift card drawing if they won't provide a functional app.

This game is unforgivable I did not know you had to put your parents info... So I put mine.. Then I played it 1 more time then I waited a whole day.. Then I did it again I tapped on the square but it said you can not do it anymore.. I undownload it then I played it again the it still says I can not do it...

No way to reset so if child enters birth date you are banned from playing. Uninstalling, very disappointed

My son likes it and it states for parents to put in their info so you have a chance to win the sweeps. So my son plays the game then gives me the phone so I can enter the sweeps.

I can't open it, I open the app, a black screen shows up then it goes back to my home screen.

Went to play it and when held down the circle it went directly to an error pagen

I had a problem downloading the app. Once I got it going and my child played the game, we were given a message stating the sweepstakes had ended. The official rules state that the contest period ends 12/12/2015 at 11:59:59pm(ET). We played the game on the 11th so we should have been allowed to enter it. ToysRUs should reopen the contest for one more day since they closed it one day before their official rules stated. It wasn't worth the trouble downloading the app.

I won all 8 games and the prize is entering a sweepstakes for a chance to win. Does anyone ever win those? (for those having issues with the circle, it took me a few tries but eventually holding on for the 5th time linked me to the sweepstakes site)

Be sure when your taken to the Web page to enter your information to use the parents BIRTHDAY or you will have problems. Smooth Sailing for me because of other's reviews..

The game itself worked fine.after you find him 8 times it brings you to a screen that tells parents to hold the square for 3 seconds and it took awhile for it to work then it went to a new page it kept saying need full address.eventually after 5 or so tries it worked. But no instant prizes.so v bummer :(

Well the very first time I won and clicked the link for my prize it told me there was an error and to try again after 24hrs... has potential but not off to a great start.

I downloaded the app on my android phone. When I click to open my phone goes black (like it will start to download and open) bit then immediately goes back to home screen. Please fix! Update: I uninstalled the application and redownloaded it. Same issue.

I finished the levels and states to press for parents n hold for three seconds on a shape but nothing happens. I was trying to enter for my son for Christmas and this sucks. Hope this is fixed soon.

The first time my daughter got all 8 coins I went to the next step,put in her birthday and then it says sorry your not old enough. It wouldn't let me go back and put in my birthday.

It worked fine with me and it all submitted. I just gotta do it again tomorrow to have more of a chance to win.

Tap on the app and it just goes to black screen then goes back to your home screen... It doesn't open/work

It won't let me change the birthday within the app..I accidentally put the wrong birth year for my daughter and It won't let me change it. It says she cannot be entered in the sweepstakes because she isn't old enough. Absolutely ridiculous that there is no way to correct this. I already tried to delete and download it again.

When I want to go and use it I click on it and it goes straight back to the home screen don't down load this stupid game.

We won and nothing screen went blank..plus it's not adding anything we ate winning or doing

I found Geoffrey every Single time... And it wouldn't let me claim the 8th coin. It kept telling me to play again one last time... Over and over, even though I kept finding him.

Pretty irritated..My son played the game and it went to a webpage and said there was an error. Is it only happening to me?

My son input his bday the first time and now I cannot claim the prize or enter the sweepstakes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to clear his bday so I could put mine in & still won't allow me to.

Don't like it. Won't let me change the birthday date. I accidentally put the wrong year. It won't let me enter the game.

The game was fine to play. Once i got to the screen where i had to press the shape to confirm im a parent took atleast 10 tries for it to go to the next page. Once i was on the page to put my info it kept saying i didnt put my full address in which i did but it wouldnt go to the next page. Then it exited off the page without the entry and said i couldnt try again for 23 hours.

I put in my birthday the first time. Said I entered the first day successfully.. And then I just decided to put in my 3 year olds on the second day just because it's really for her.. Well now I only have one entry instead of one for every day like I should because it tells me I'm too young. It never lets me put in my birth date again ! Blocks me out. Totally bummed.

I typed in my kids DOB it said inelgible come back in 24 hours. It can't be that big of a prize if u get second chance and can come back to play the next day,so it shouldn't matter what DOB I type

This was a waste of time it keeps erroring out and it wont let me change the birth date I thought your supposed to enter your child's bday and then it says not old enough this is ridiculous

I uninstalled the app twice but when I try to open it, I get a black screen and then I'm returned to my home screen. Hope they fix it soon.

Let's hope this is a good App. I am 11th to download it.
