Pocket Ponds

Ok, so here's the thing. Pocket Pond 2 is a game I STILL play. It's stress relieving, and pretty. The new version is meh. I appreciate that the makers are trying to improve on the origional, but I feel like the economy of the old game was better, the controls were better, and the fish were prettier. It's a shame though that basically the first game I couldn't connect properly to social media and they abandoned customer support there. Pocket Ponds is glitchy and clunky. Please keep trying, it's such a great game. I'd love to see it succeed.

Edit - koi are much nicer looking since update. Patio features are very nice, too. I still wish you had a cheaper bait option for mystery pond :) 6 coins is a lot when you are just trying to get new color combos and since they are a higher value fish it's also costly to breed them.

Lovely, calming settings and a variety​ of beautiful koi make this game very enjoyable. There are fun challenges, as well.

Some features are nicer; you can see all of the fish in a pond side by side instead of one by one. However, it is extremely hard and frustrating to make the fish happy. I feel like after five to ten minutes of trying I sometimes just get lucky. It also seems like sometimes they are actually happy, but they don't show that they are and you can't breed them until you move to a different window (i.e. koi store) and something resets.

This version is online only, but is different and fun. I'm enjoying visiting everyone's pond. I won't be uninstalling Pocket Pond 2, and look forward to seeing this one develop. Happy fish keeping.

It's ok - it has the potential to provide all the bells and whistles of a complete Zen garden at your fingertips. However, compared to the graphics style of Pocket Pond 2, the fish look dissapointingly tiny, and the colours unattractive (all the males - yes, they have gender now - have white backgrounds, and the females, black). Koins are also ridiculously overpriced compared to Pocket Pond 2. Pocket Pond 2 fans: don't uninstall yet!

Can't get past the tutorial. Hold down for the fish to come to me. And doesn't work. I have a Samsung galaxy 6

Couldn't get pass the tutorial. When I finally did all the stuff in the pond store was outrageously priced. But it does have some cool stuff

Love Pocket Pond 2 and will love this when you get it working properly... or at all!!!

As a child I loved this game
