Fill the landscape with shops, roads, schools, and even theme parks or stadiums! Each building takes a special combination of materials to create, so don’t be afraid to experiment! Whether you want to build a shopping paradise, a beach resort, or a quiet forest town, you can with Hoopa in Hoopa City!

- Building Glossary & Guide - It will keep track of how many buildings you've discovered, and remember how to make them! If you want to make a building again, just check the book in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and see! It’ll also show you how many buildings you have left to discover.
- Play however you want! No time limits or strict rules!

even after you pay adds keep coming up and every time an add comes up it crashes so my kids keep telling me to restart the app horrid they wont let me uninstall it spend your money on something better. and wont work on older tablets.

This game really has so many levels. My five year old loves this and we've had a great time unlocking new pieces. I admit, I've started one of my own. I love the simplicity of the concept - just open play. Thanks!

Dr panda delivers again! Simple city builder. Figure out combos to turn the park into a christmas tree...... my 6 and 4 yo both love this one. We get a new dr panda game every time we travel - keeps everyone happy for hours

The kids are in bed and I've started my own town. We've unlocked (figured out) all but 7 combinations (and by "we've" I mean my kids) This game kept my 3yo's attention for over an hour today (our first day playing) I highly recommend this game.
