First game I've actually paid for, love it,

A rare mobile gem that can make you ponder and think. The amount of choices you can make here (character selection, stats distribution, skills usage, etc) is well-balanced to the sweet spot ; not confoundingly overwhelming yet not too simple either. It has an engaging story too, which is exactly what I want in an RPG.

So many of these RPGs are cartoony and tongue-in-cheek. This one's serious, with a real mood.

Massively reduced content to last time I played, it's two or three episodes shorter now. Otherwise the controls are much improved, as is response time, move speed and other quality of life changes.

A classic. Even more content would be great.

Good rpg. Combat is frequent and gets repetitive.

You have to pay after tutorial so not even worth the download. Definitely not worth the $4 to buy rest. Other better games that are completely free.

I loved the intro how it pulls you into its story i can feel these characters emotions sometimes but I didn't like how it wants you to pay to play the rest , I understand that it should not be free but I wish it came with an up front cost.

Drops suck. They don't give gear that matches the encounter. The creatures that you fight as the game progresses are op compared to the equipment you can buy which is over priced. You get to Freeport to do the ocean flats portion and the guard tells you to piss off the episode isn't finished. And last but not least the one time respec is stupid. Unless you play thru hours of the game several times you can't know when to use your 1 chance at changing your heros abilities too match the gameplay. Should be a training facility you can travel to to make it harder to do but 1 time is a joke. Good game otherwise I'll do a complete review once there is a complete game.

Very good game, but gets a little tough at times. Treasure equipment powerups could use a little boost, and all the misses your characters get when attacking in battle can be aggravating as they extend playtime through unproductive clickery, er, tappery instead of actual content. I don't usually suggest this, but I'd like it if you guys put in paid or rare powerup options in the form of extra skill points instead of just reassigning them. I like to be able to max out all of a character's skills, and that can be an option. Another option I can think of is allowiing a sort of new game+ where your character level and items gets reset but you keep skill points and gold, which you can do once you finish the game or through a rare item or by paying actual money, or if you somehow keep dying in one particular battle. Yeah, I'm a powergamer, so...that's my two cents.

Simply the best RPG on the Google Play Store. It allows for strategy, character customization, and a classic adventure story. It's not innovative, but it absolutely nails the classic narrative. The only complaint I have is that the characters that you buy are more compelling than the base characters. I don't think they're more powerful, just more interesting.

Device: Motorola Mini. When I go to the store to purchase the chapters to continue the storey, I get pushed back to the store menu. A message appears stating, "A problem occurred configuring Google Play In-App Billing."

A rare gem in this age of unlimited crap app gaming

Bought on a whim, been playing nonstop for 3 months. Huge depth, good story...just need more of it...

This game is a lot of fun and well designed. You can make four characters that are well balanced or min/max them and force then to rely on each other. Overall a lot of fun. The free content ends quickly, though it might be worth paying to continue on.
