Loading takes way to long. Navigating the menus is horrible. Understanding why or what is yhe purpose of options and menus are not always clear. This game could be great, but I don't think the developers have actual watched someone try to play it.

Sending a support token was very difficult. The screen for it took up a lot of memory and is not phone friendly! I suggest getting rid of the background images to make it phone friendly!. My support ticket was for PalmerA. I was unable to read messages as they would auto delete threads and messages belonging to my railroad group. There were alot of them. And now there is none. They keep getting deleted for no reason! This needs to get fixed along with the phone friendly support line! I play on a LG G4 which is one of the current top line phones out there. Its only 2 yrs old and runs smoothly 90% of the time and these issues only started a day ago. Im sick of the level of disrespect both by the leadership of this game. And their ways they handle things. And the player base.

One of the annoying bugs from the latest version: the reactivation of trains from the museum doesn't work. After pressing "reactivate", the loading screen goes on forever. In general: great game, not so great mobile app. Please try to fix the bugs.

Great game. Still a few glitches to get straight 5!! Times lottery ticket for 5 gold bought but NO!! Tickets app. Not working since "update"

Gameplay has deteriorated with every update. Controls are unresponsive, menus are difficult to navigate due to sluggish interface. Cannot select engines for scheduling. Liked game to start with, now practically unplayable!
