猫のノビーはいつか星の世界に行くのが夢でした。

ある日、ノビーがいつものように縁側で空を眺めていると、
突然猫の仙人様が現れて、ノビーの願を叶えてくれるというのです。

猫仙人がくれた不思議な猫缶を食べるとあら不思議！
ノビーの身体がどんどん伸びていくではありませんか！

こうしてノビーは星の世界に旅立ちました。
あの雲の峰の向こうには、一体どんな景色が待っているのでしょうか？
