I can go back to playing shut up and jam for the rest of my life. Could clean up the menus a bit, make it more user friendly..maybe partner up with a rom site also? I dont know the interworkings of these sorts of things, just spitballing

A novel approach to emulation and hugely accomplished. The controls are finicky but about as good as one could expect given they're on-screen and require no additional devices. Excellent graphics, no bugs encountered yet, and all roms have worked as intended. Very impressive.

Would have been okay but it was not set up like a Sega remote and the controls didn't work for the lost Vikings game. It wasn't the rom because I downloaded all different ones

Been lookin for a way to play my beloved 16 bit mega drive games for a long time... Stumbled on this at 11:43 pm on a work night.. I'm not going to sleep now!!!! Dessert strike... Toe Jam and Earl.. Sonic.. Alex Kidd can't think of em all. Pressure overload. can't wait to dive in. Nostalgia will keep me interested...yeah man. A billion stars not a mere 5.. easy to use. Easy to find games. Had to click on download folder to find files and voila... Give it a crack. Edit.... Even The cheats work.

I have been playing Shining Force II and for some reason after I hit level 16 and the game is turned off, it erases my progress. This happened to me twice ! I could close the game no problem anytime and re-open it and my progress still be there, however as soon as I hit level 16 my progress is lost. Nowhere to be found. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

The game is cool and i like downlaod classic sonic games, but how can i get the new ones.

Tried everything possible but cannot for the life of me figure out how to force it to full screen. Please fix and I'll gladly rate five stars

Used to work great, now it runs really slowly and the game lags, like slow motion. If fixed it's 20 stars for me

I absolutely loved your Genesis emulator; I especially love that it allows me to play Sonic ROM hacks and some of my classics from back in the day. I would love to see more from you. Great job!

Controls suck ass can't even play sonic the hedgehog because the controls suck. Very slow on reaction. Can't imagine anyone being able to play anything without a Bluetooth co troler

It's awesome and all, but it keeps on erasing my game save files from Shining Force... Which seems to be a recurent bug with this game on this emulator seeing the review section!

The only problem is sometimes you can't here the games to good.

Still one of the best emulators for android, sf2 and mk2 moves are easier to do for some reason compared to n64 There are no problems finding roms I would not be surprised if this app stays on my phone for a while Sega Genesis is still one of my favorite consoles so there is a market, especially a handheld w apps One thing that helps Genesis has to do with file size compared to games that are 500mb-1gb or greater in bite size so I only have two blockbuster game apps plus this app which is much better for 3.14 GB phone doesn't suck my memory or battery too bad so keep up the good work Update us on any new ideas!

Brings back memories! To save hit actions "save state". Don't save thru the game manually but do it thru the app.

The Genesis is excellent! All games works properly, no pop-ups. When I played Sonic Megamix, my favourite part is multiple save slots. Keep up the good work AndroGens!

The 'help' option is useless. It says you need to download 'roms' however, there are no roms to select and so can't play any games! WTF! Pile of shite!

Works great with a simple interface and settings which are easy to adjust. If it had an adjustable fast-forward option (x1.5, x2.0, x2.5, x3.0 etc.) and some better screen size options it would be the best Genesis emulator on Google Play.
