Waking Mars

Absolutely amazing! I've never enjoyed a puzzle game like this one before. The story is spectacular with a good balance of science and fiction to make it a great sci-fi lover's game. There is a bit of learning and strategizing that opens it up for replay even after you have finished, and know the story. Played several times and I keep finding things I missed before! The music is calming and most of the sound effects are pleasing. Sometimes they 'pile up' but leaving the area and coming back fixes it. I have only noticed an occasional crash when changing locations, and I think it is more of an issue with available memory than it is with the game itself as it seems completely random. It is a very unique sort of game that I would love to see more of. I will be watching this developer as I hope for more. The story and mechanics go flawlessly together, and I'd love to see expansion of both either as future installments of the same story, or building along the same lines on other planets/moons ect. I see a lot of potential here. This really is a spectacular game for the price.

A beautiful game with lots to do and think about. Puzzling and a bit confusing at times but overall a great game with super graphics. Lots of thought gone into it. You really will love it.

I loved exile as a child. This game puts you in control of an astronaut. Jetpacking around a Martian cave network, you help the alien life you discover there to thrive. Interesting story with decent voice acting. I loved this game so much I would have given it 5 stars if not for a couple of issues. crashes, HTC one m8, 9 hours spent in the game I estimate it crashed about a dozen times. My only other gripe is the endings could be fleshed out a more as questions are left unanswered sequel maybe?

Being a big story guy when it comes to my games, the big draw was the interesting plot running behind all the different sections you gain access too. But the game didn't just stop there, on top of that they also integrated the mechanics into the plot in an interesting way. Especially interesting is the game is designed in such a way that you don't defeat enemies to proceed, instead you need to figure out a way to get life to thrive in each section in order to progress, which was a fantastic touch. Very unique game all around and well worth the recommendation.

Awesome game. Well polished and easy to get lost in. Weird bug since I upgraded to nougat, all speech seems to cut off just before the end of the sentence.

Of the many hundreds of scroller adventure titles I have played, this is my all-time favorite. It is also the most underrated game on the entire of Google Play Store. This game is a masterpiece.

Very immersive and interesting atmosphere and story. Unique and fun gameplay mechanics. I've replayed it several times and still enjoy it. The menu buttons are a little small on higher resolution displays.

Amazing game! I wasn't so sure at first but i'm glad I gave it a chance because it became my favorite game. I am hooked on it! Its not like any game i've played before. You are basically exploring a giant cave on mars and finding out about different plant life but it slowly becomes more complex as you go because you must use your knowledge of various things you've come across in order to proceed to other areas. Its way cooler than I think i'm explaining it. This is a Must Play!!!

Despite its occasional crashes, this is a great game. Beautiful graphics. It is a good mix of adventure puzzles and video game. I like that dying doesn't set me too far back.

Good game but unstable and the foreground rocks keep appearing and disappearing. I'm using a tablet not a phone, so this could be part of the problem. A bit fiddly to control sometimes, but has been enjoyable for as far as I've been able to go without CTD.

Great atmosphere, so much love they put in there. Graphics are cool, controls are nice and smooth, story appears to be fascinating. An extra wow goes to the voice messages and sound. The best explorer game I ever played

Metroidvania style gameplay with a strongly developed aesthetic and many nods to Sci fi masters of the genre. Wrapped in an environmentally conscious awareness and great voice over work too. 5 stars all the way around. I look forward to more.

Just completed this masterpiece after about 15 hrs of gameplay. Awesome game. Occasionally crashes but still deserves 5 stars.

Jetpacking around, sampling things, and disturbing the natural wildlife just like a real Scientist.

This game is a must for every games collection. Part scientific exploration, part botany sim, part farming sim, a great story and a unique and enjoyable game. I'm playing through for the second time now, it's still great! Thanks guys!

This game offers so much more than you think.It is truly a rare exploration adventure game with a lot to do and keeps you intrigued. Worth every penny.

A recommended purchase for fans of planetary exploration. The narration is suspenseful enough to keep you immersed while you explore the Martian ecosystem.

Just installed it again l, played it a few years ago. Still haven't seen a worthy successor !
