About Cars in Sandbox (app 4 kids)

Vehicles show as unlocked but keeps asking math questions on a loop everytime you press the unlocked truck and doesnt open to game. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Child loves this game but can only play 2 levels. I messaged tech support and never received a response. I'm willing to purchase game but can't find an option to do so. Seems like a really great game though. It's fun & challenges their mind.

My son loved these games so we unlocked 3 games so he could take full advantage. Unfort his tablet broke so had to get him a new one. The entire contents did not transfer over and the company never responds to emails asking for help. Now I have an upset 4 year old and a hole in my wallet. Rubbish customer service and at £2.30+ each for unlocks I expected better. If by any chance they do respond and either give me a refund so i can purchase them again or unlock the 3 i have purchased I will change my rating.
