Love the game the players have names on them but not the real names fix the names and game also freezes all white must fix but still nice game

I like the speed, nice graphics and the highlights at the end is a good touch. Not sure what these people are complaining about, I picked up the controls straight off. Nice to have a simple couple of buttons on a touch screen. It can't be too easy otherwise whats the point in playing! Would be nice if it was possible to cycle through your players when you dont have the ball. It does a good job of picking the right player but sometimes would be nice if you could choose the player to defend with.

Superb game that more than resembles sensi, that's not a bad thing either, I spent many an afternoon on sensi. This is the type of game that will make the train journey a bit more enjoyable. Well done to the devs.

Old kick off type game that's really fun to play looking forward to active soccer 2 now

Won't let me refund. So until they do, I will say this is utter tosh. Don't risk buying this, as if you do, and you don't like it, you're stuck!

So had an error with the game recently, contacted the devs who responded super fast and then within 24 hrs had a fix out. I'm now able to play happily again. Great work.

Edit: change controls to Easy and the game is fine, normal takes a lot of getting used to! Love this game, need to play more people online!!

A dedicated shoot button needed as pressing "A" does a sliding tackle and spoils the effect.

Players get sent off for making perfectly fine challenges and when I'm through on goal and shoot all the player does is slide tackle the ball straight to the keeper! Not impressed.

I want my money back. When I try to move right or left with my player it doesn't work but when the computer does it it works. Thanks for the advice but still a few minor problems.

The ball runs away when dribbling, player flies across the pitch for tackles... Needs a lot of improving, do not buy.

With this and New Star Soccer, us classic footie game fans are spoilt! Keep up the good work!

This game for me has filled the soccer void left by the end of the world cup. Has a bit of a learning curve but is worth it. Note that it plays great on my Note 3 but is somewhat unsuited to large (10.1') tablets, in my experience, where it feels like it's harder to control. Kudos to the developers on a great achievement!

Reminds me of greats such as Kick Off and Sensible soccer..can def do with an up-date of teams, competitions and general touch ups.

Like tackling from behind, ai player runs out of pitch, Gk doesn't catch crosses well resulting in accidental goals by cpu & game takes long time to restart after goal. Maybe can add happier players for winning team after final whistle n goal commentary. Overall I like this though it can easily be better.

Absolutely fantastic. Tried countless soccer games on android but Active Soccer takes the trophy. The game engine is perfect but could use some new animations like scissor, bicycle kicks, diving headers to make goals more satisfying. Dribbling controls is challenging but great for long lasting appeal. Like most other reviewers, would love to see clubs and a transfer market (would training also be too much of a stretch?) in the next Active Soccer. Cannot wait!

Been a while foxsoft. Followed your production of kick off at kick off the gathering. Game plays well, bit fiddly at first but once you get the hang of it, it's very good.

The addition of an editor and club sides would make it the best football game on android. Very addictive great gameplay anyone who played Kick Off or Sensible Soccer will love this.

It has the potential to be the best football game on Android. But: Tackling is really annoying with tackles from behind seemingly the way to play. This really ruins the game as chasing CPU players can easily pull you back. Close range shot attempts tend to result in pitiful slide tackles even when in full control of the ball.

Thanks for the update, defending and swerving the ball much better. Still having to use the easy control, can't get any fun from the others and I did play sensible soccer! Maybe just have 2 options normal and hardcore. Normal could be same as easy but limit sticky ball control to 5 seconds.

please add a power bar on screen so that its possible to judge how hard a player is about to hit the ball

It is barely playable at the moment v1.5 on my HTC One. The control stick seems too small and it is very difficult to shoot in the direction of the goal. Passing and shooting aim needs a lot of work. It looks good tho and is very swos style. Will keep an eye on future updates.

Really enjoyable, reminiscent of sensible soccer as some have mentioned. Issues: In a penalty shoot out the penalty taker should not be able to score off a rebound. Should have 11 players on the pitch at start even if you had a player sent off in previous game. Altered formation is lost between games. Wish list: subs. Remember formation from previous games. Clubs. Custom team. Different pitch and weather conditions.
