GemBoy! GBC Emulator

I really like this emulator! But there's something that bugs me, I've got this walking through walls cheat on my Pokemon red version, but sometimes I'm unable to turn it off, therefore I can't exit houses and the game crashes. PLZ fix!

It's unacceptable to force people to put 5 stars otherwise you can't load your save. (But you can rate it 5 stars, then change your rating and still continue to load and save.) Ads are annoying and take some place above the game.)

Other then being forced to rate, the emu seems solid. I don't know which of the thousands of games to play other than pokemon, without pictures to look at. But really that's all I wanted to play! Cheats works! =]

Excellent emulator. But the banner as at the top detracts heavily from the game play. And requiring a review to load your game is kinda shady. But it does preform well, and low battery usage. Good options menu to allow lots of customization.

Good emulator but it deleted pretty much all of my progress on my pokemon silver game! The problem could have been user error but I'm still mad about it.

Would've gotten 4 or 5 stars except it wouldn't let me load or save anything before I rated the game. That irritates me.

You are prompted to rate the app 5 stars in order to unlock the save and load features. Very sketchy and unethical.

Unlocking features by rating 5 stars should be looked down upon. This emulator works and is a solid choice. Make sure to be cool like school because without the s and the h, it is cool.

I can't load a game without leaving a 5 star review. You should be ashamed.

Pixel Android 8.0; app does not work. Tried rons on different emulator, and they work. Bad app.

Clunky unresponsive control which seem Kathy laggy I'm sure there's a better more complete end then this also to play you have to rate first... But I didn't use all the functions of it so how can I rate it....

I don't actually rate this 5 stars, you need to rate it 5 to load your save.... I would probably give it a 3.5. Pretty ok

I had to give it 5 stars to make the worst thing ever never happen again my file on every game automatically deleted all saved files fix this please if this doesn't work you will instantly get to work and fix it

This is technically a servicable emulator, but it makes you post a five-star rating if you want to use the full save states, which I think is a rather dishonest practice. EDIT: Basically ditto what Arkhon said...

The ads aren't overly invasive and the controls are pretty comfortable. I love getting to replay some of my favorite games!

Testing it out because the last one I had is ad-city and the review unlocks features lol i just want to play heroes of might and magic 2

I went to load my Pokemon yellow rom, and crash is this app not working on Android 6.0?

App forces you to rate 5 stars to unlock functionality. Uninstalled and went back to My Boy!

This game boy color emulator runs so smooth and flowy like I will probably end up paying the 3 dollars for the upgrade

Had to rate to load and save the game which was annoying, other then that it runs well.

U guys are ok but making someone rate 5 stars just to unlock loading a save state is bs u guys suck for that

It will freeze up half way through the game and when I go load a previous save the game still freezes when I get back to the same part

Don't like that I had to rate the app to be able to load my previous game. But it is good.

Save states are held hostage until you rate the f@#!ing thing

You can not save at all. I gave it 5 stars and still it won't save ! This app is garbage

Locking the load feature for reviews is a big negative. Will look for alternatives in the future.

Brings me back to child hood days even better cause I don't have to use a light to play because old gameboys didn't have black lights game works incredible thanks

This is the best free GB emulator I have found. It does have an ad banner across the top but that's all. Other free apps have locked features or pop up adds whereas this on is feature packed and fully unlocked. If the banner really bothers you get the paid version
