Kungfu Frontier

Its says failed to connect to network. Please check connection and try again. But the problem is my internet works fine. I have tried reinstall the game but the same problem still persist.

My character level is 22. I saw the guild has been unlock. After I click on it, the system show that need to update. I click for confirm. Nothing happen. I can't get in to the guild. What show I do? Please get back go me asap. Thanks.

How to i get my account after i'm uninstall then install because i have some problem can't log in..pls reply my question..thanks

I will give 5 star if u fix login problem. Please make sure everything work as usual after maintanance. If this keep goin on I wont spent any $ on this game. And the rest of the player will too.

Game crash when open refine shop.. it happen after small update from ur side..

Ei, your game directly crashed when I open refine > soul shop > crashed. Right after you guys have an update on 5/12/2015, and please don't reply to me if you're asking me to contact your online customer service, because is your job to fix this.

In game customer service provide wrong in game Cross Server information and refuse to compensate for their wrong doing. Was told that if i am the server highest power will be able to join cross server but in the end he ask the developer and the developer say is the whole server and cause me to lose all the cross server loots. Do not play this game as their customer service do not care. Worst of the worst game provider. Deserve a 1 star rating.

Encountered errors retrieving rewards for daily deposits for previous and current event. No resolution or compensation offered for previous event. Online CS could not be bothered to even respond to the report lodged for current event. Fantastic improvement from bad to worst in providing support to paying customers.

After top up cannot get in?? I am using guest login. If I uninstalled the game, will I get back my same ID if I reinstall? Please advise..

Dear dev. Please make mail system for guild leader and vice leader. I need to send mail to every my guildmate to make sure they keep playing everyday. So can you make it? And one more please increase the view on soul shop.. Badly need more choice to buy a hero!!! Make a different way to view chat system, font is to big, we are not typing in Chinese language.
