Why the game is stuck at loadscreen and showing . first time loading will take a while. I have been restart the game and my HP 5 times its keep showing the same .!!! No good

The game doesn't even load now, Uninstalled installed with Wi-Fi cleared cache nothing helps~ It will just show you the Tencent LOGO for awhile then it returns back to our phone's home screen what's wrong? Samsung S7

After i updated my android software yesterdzy evening, after the tencent mobile screen, the app disconnect and i am back ti my home screen. Can you guys fix this?

Playing this for almost 10hrs and now when i try logging in reconnecting appeared the screen blink then i reset and uninstall and installed again connection problem appeared i check my net its working perfectly tried other games and it work pls fix this issue for me i am starting to love the game tnx

Last night right after reset 12 pm, i bought 80 frags from shop, they're guinevere and masterwill frags. Then when im going to upgrade my guinevere, I realized that the frags isnt there. After I checked the shop, the frags i got is demonhunter frags, because of that i hesitate to buy another frags. Please fix it, I already have 5star demonhunter and i dont need it frags anymore. I dont want my gems back, i just wanna my guinevere frags. I already complaining about it and looks like no one care

The game overall is pretty good. The daily change in events, the graphics, the game play. But I've been playing a while and spent quite a bit too. But then when my main character turned to 3 star and I already had more than enough emblems to evolve it to 4 star is seemed to have bugged. I tried installing and installing the game over and over again, it's been weeks but it doesn't seem to change. Please help I'm already lvl 70+ and am stuck at 3 star. My bf who is also playing got to 4star when he was only level 50+. :/

Too many bug in game.. Game was previously update with outdated instructions. Last update was months ago. Instead of testing the game themselves, we are genie pig to this new allies.. After wasting on upgrading allies, these allies are easily Nerf without any compensation given. Fb are no longer updated. Check for urself. Response to fb queries are generic and without any timeline given. Don't bother playing and a waste of money.

It keep saying name is already taken. I already tried 100 names. Ad it still keep saying name is taken. Wth is this. Please help do i need to reinstall or wHat? If you can help i will defintly give 5 stars

The reason I give 1 star to this game: 1.Your Costume Price is too expensive 2.Costume use time limit system (7 days, 30 days, etc) and each of them is really expensive 3. Customize character need gem to pay; character design is good and for the game itself except costume is ok, but still need improvement

Issue problem with latest update. I have update this application 2 days ago (latest update) and after that update I cannot launch the game as smooth as before. The game keep force close or freeze before close. I did all the clean cache and everything but its not fixing anything. Wish can be fixed.

I love this game but too many bugs. When shop offer an items an you buy it. It wont appear the items and your money lost. Other than that it is fun and not a pay to win game. Keep it up.
