Five Hundred (500)

There are so few 500 apps out there you take what you can get, but the fact that Nullo cant be played until you unlock it as an achievement is garbage. Its a standard hand, no reason this should be an unlockable feature. If it was available from the start id give 5 stars.

A well designed game of a less common card game. I love that it is stand alone with small ads. I cannot stand have that need revenue from casino style in-game upgrades or "coins" so that you can keep playing. Either charge me a flat fee or make show me annoying but tolerably small ads on screen. This does the latter and that's fine with me. I think the developer actually likes to play 500 and it shows. Fun to play with some features that unlock as you play ads some interest. I grew up playing a house version so some rules are new to me which is fun to learn. Simple and complete game. I really like it.

I win the bid 85% and win 76% overall. I call nullo 15% of time and win 85% of that. If partner didn't jerk me around then even better stats. I'd love to kick all your behinds. Yes, partner is a jerk but what partner isn't. Obviously the easier nullo call suits me but I am used to playing against better players that generally will not stop calling until a 8+ tricks is reached and that is when i need Mr nullo misere. I enjoy it with all the glitches as people are just as glitched up. I would love friendlier stats and more of them. I play for the slam so give that stat pls.

Fantastic. The only other place I could play this would be in county. Good job. Gonna check out your other apps. Gonna toss ya a few bucks too. Online would be great. Stats and all that akin to Spades+. Now I'm just dreaming.

My favorite card game. By far the best one I've tried on my phone. Ads are annoying but not enough to stop me from playing. Will tell my friends to use and teach others how to play with this app.

I hate the term nullo, should be misere. Quite well coded, though partner tends to take the lead in No Trumps leaving me (who won the bid) defenseless. Would like to see a three handed version with a dumby hand (i.e. two players only). The porno ads really are insulting and irrelevant/annoying.

I like this simple interface. I like the unlocks.. they add another dimension. How does thdd embarrassing one unlock?

Please read the comments and look at fixing the issues. Also some ads are very loud and intrusive it would be great if mute was the default for them. Not good if you're playing in a quiet place

1) Options for losing at -500 or going out with tricks (unless the bidder has 500) should be options. Stopping at 460 now? 2) Partner doesn't lead back trump after taking the first trick of my bid. Duh. 3) 5 6 9 Q is not a 6 bid/indication. 4) I've never seen nullo/misare played that way. Once the bidder takes a trick, it's over. -250. No points for setters. Should be able to turn off entirely, or only can bid when in the hole. Don't mind that open isn't worth 500. 5) Game play is slow, even on "fast" setting. A TRAM option would be nice. ----Most of this is easily fixed by the programmer, based on the rest of the app. Would add more "unlockables" (nice idea) to the list. Maybe viewing the scorecards or hand replay showing all cards too?

Solid game. Could use an online component, but the AI plays OK. Not jammed with ads and rubbish either. Just a good 500 simulator

I played 500 every night for 6 years whilst at sea with some very cutthroat people. I find it frustrating that the basic principles that we used call your bowers and allow for your partner to provide support do not apply here

Plays well but the interface especially bidding is really bad. The number of times that I intended to raise my bid from six in a suit to seven only to find that the suit had been switched on me to NT! AAArrrgh!

The unlocks concept is really pointless. Would much prefer being able to select things the way they are.

This game doesn't play the way it should. If you win a trick you should start the next hand, not your partner. I won tricks but the win went to the opposition, needs fixing.

I have played 500 for over 20 years, 3, 4, and 5 player. This app is well designed, love it. One comment, the bidder should be able to play the joker even if he can follow suit in nullo. That is the purpose of having the joker when bidding nullo.

"Start Game" button randomly stops working (all other buttons work just fine) and so can go days between games till it randomly starts working again.

Why does partner call 8 after I have called 7 when score is over 400 and 7 tricks would win the game

When observed closely the psychic abilitys of the opponents are astounding. I can almost predict the cards to be played by the opponent's .with the occassional slam dunk offerings of easy wins.

Lately getting porno ads non stop. Puts me off completely. Clean it up PLEASE.

Seams my partner always changes the suit if I bit 7 or higher. There are some glitches in the card play.

Rubbish 500 game, opponents know your cards at all times, partner will never up your bid when even when they have the joker, bower and are short suited in something. Game is slow, particularly game play. Cards are small and hard to read. The game has glitches where the kitty isn't available when you win the bid. The bidding process is stupid where if you bid a suit, and another bid occurs, the selected suit to bid will change to whatever the next highest bid available is. Regardless that you were bidding say hearts. All that being said, there are no alternatives

Overall very good. Think graphics on the card face could be sharper, and if you are going to call it 500 plse use the traditional rules and scoring. Best 599 app out there

Needs an undo button. So many times tapped the wrong card and messes the whole hand. Same with bidding

I would have given a 5 star review if Nullo was unlocked. As previous people have said this is a standard bid, I shouldn't have to unlock it and the AI team certainly shouldn't be able to bid it when I can't!!

Graphics bad. Gameplay ordinary. And it calls misere nullo

Great game, but needs to learn the basics of card games before making one. Spades trumps clubs for starters. You are supposed to have a 5 bid.

Hate Nullo. Partner calls it with an Ace. Always lose the hand.

Best 500 app. Think open nullo should be worth 500 and be able to be called past a 9 call. Online multiplayer would be cool.

I have caught the computer not following suit twice and playing a same card twice during a hand ....9 of hearts

I would like to see all cards displayed at the end of each hand played plus whatever was in the widow

How come open nullo is only 350, I thought it should be 500?

I am new to the game and love the tips. Looking forward to them progressing as the game plays.
