Codewords

One of the best out there. No internet, no ads, no special permissions. Might be nice if it also had an american English option, but I have enjoyed the extra thinking to use the British spellings and unique words, so it's great as-is. Wish it had kept the puzzles I solved already from the free version, but it was fun to do them them all again so not a biggy. NEEDS MORE PACKS! Also a suggestion... When the last puzzle of the last pack is completed, how about some razzle dazzle or something? Was kind of anti-climatic after doing 1135 of these puzzles and finishing the last one... Nothing. Sigh.

Well worth it! Hope you keep updating additional packs, otherwise I'm done in a couple of weeks :( . 10/10 would buy again. EDIT: dev. For £2 I'm not going to complain. If the thing says I have completed it, that will do. Teazel, carry on doing what you do and I'll keep buying. I think the crosswords are very good and have them on all my devices. More cryptics please.

Too many repeating words that are in a disproportionately large number of the puzzles and some entire puzzles later on are almost identical to earlier ones. But the interface is lovely and easy to use and it's a good time filler.

Great game. I play it everytime I eat breakfast as it wakes my brain. I've bought the full game & shared it to my brother who's a senior citizen like me & he plays it non-stop.

The challenge is removed when the same words appear every few puzzles. I should be able to do at LEAST three puzzles without seeing a repeat word, but that isn't the case here. Come on now, the English language has plenty of words in it.

It's a great way to relax my brain. It makes me slow down and think it all through.

This game is great. I have only one suggestion. Can you make the game automatically go back to the puzzle pack list when the player has tapped the 'ok' after the puzzle is completed?

I've played a lot of different versions of this type of puzzle, but this is the only one I've found that doesn't bury the puzzles under mountains of banner ads and video ad bonuses and currencies and daily bonuses and needlessly flashy title screens. It's just a whole lot of puzzles to solve.

Simplistic, with varying degrees of levels. Finished them all, but over months. Would recommend this game.

Good app. Lots of separate challenges of various difficulties

Absolutely love it, & find it very easy to start with , once you start you can't stop & it's very addictive & keeps your brain active.

The only thing that the game could do is a small fire works if you complete each game

Despite the occasional weird word and the mix of UK and American spelling, it's a great game.

Brilliant little game that keeps the brain ticking over. I love Codewords and I'm very impressed by this digital take on a old broadsheet classic.

Game where you have to work out which letter goes where to make the right words up. Nice easy going game that is relaxing. I use it for relaxing at home. Also use it when I am waiting for an appointment. Really good distraction. Would definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful word/logic game. I'm amazed that more people haven't installed this. It's *well worth a couple bucks.

It's a fun fill-in word game, appropriately challenging on the hard levels without being impossible, & fun to bang through on the easy levels. If you get stuck, there are hints that will give you a little help or a lot, your choice. The Lite version let me give it a proper preview & know I'd want the full version, which I'm glad I bought. Nicely done.

Nice way to while away time during break. Progress is easily monitored and mistakes checked. I love the game.

Love this just brought more play all the time. Why do i have to go to open every time i want to play this i brought it.

LOVE this game. Easy to use and its an easy game also. I want something fun and easy to play that I can pick up and put down on breaks. Relaxing!

Ability to check progress to see if you've got the right letter is indispensable. If you haven't tried it, its crossword puzzles without the clues! Much more fun this way...

I love doing these puzzles so much I bought full game for my bday to myself...plz make LOTS more puzzles (maybe some Extra hard) to keep challenging us players!

Started with the lite and progressed to the full program good way to pass an hour or so.

Brain exercises, can be enjoyable and fun, Our Brain is a muscle too!! Remember if you don't use it, you will lose it!! So have fun, it's a great game!!

It's fun and sometimes challenging. We've been playing it for two days straight. But even accounting for the British spelling and vocabulary, sometimes there are misspellings and non-words.

Paid for the full game apparently licence missing to unlock further games. Help needed.

Nice simple one handed interface with no irritations makes playing codewords a pleasure. Good clear interface works a treat on Nexus 6P

Very difficult to put down

This app is great. Easy to use and a great coffee break filler!

I have had this game for over a year and although I find only the 'harder' puzzles a challenge, there are plenty of them. Well done, obviosly a lot of effort went into this, and it deserves the 5*!

The full version will give you tons of puzzles to complete.

My Gramm never used help of computer, but I get tired of erasing . . . But I Love It!!

Pretty fun game, many many levels. It was good enough, so I bought it, and it was well work the couple bucks. Try it out.

I really love this app, I started off on the lite version and really loved it so I bought the app BUT for some reason I don't get all the LOCKED versions I paid for ..? Can you please fix this...
