Restaurant Story: Christmas

Dealing with all the Team Lava games can get overwhelming and be very time consuming. All the tapping! Oy! It'd be nice if we could just cook and not have all the challenges. It can also be hard to keep up with. I get really busy at work. I can't stop to serve fake food, then it spoils and has to be thrown away. I can set the food for later, but ultimately I don't want a game that dictates when I play it. I only keep it to get gems in my other games.

Its great no pop ups, no freezing, no asking to rate every 5 minutes you just play the game as long as you want with no problems. It is a good game and im on it all the time. Only thing i dont like is you have to add neighbours to expand the cafe by logging into a account which ive done but not sure how i add people. Otherwise good game :)

Its a great game and all,but do got a suggestion, how about making it to were anyone can also play ur games like this without needing Wi-Fi. Other games do it too. But u just need Wi-Fi to buy in app. Purchases and to visit and gift anyone,which no problem for me. At least food won't spoil while on the road or something. This might draw in more people that can't always be around Wi-Fi.

As usual I liked the game but I'm beginning dislike having to download a new version every time a seasonal change happens. This seems to make the games buggy, and this is with any of the games like this. Had trouble with new goals popping up, and not getting notifications of completion of recipes, so I get behind on goals when they do pop, and it makes it impossible to complete them. It'd be really nice if this all got fixed. I love these games. It would be lovely to be able to simply update.

I enjoy these games very much. It would be nice to be able to buy some items with gems but they are so expensive. My other beef is that when all of a sudden it goes through all the goals you played and it asks if you want to buy the ones you missed. Some have pictures and others don't. Please fix it would be greatly appreciated.

I put food on the counter, blocked the door, and left. When I came back, all my food was gone! On all the other games like this, I can block the door and my food/items will still be there when I return. Fix this within the year and I will give 5 stars. If not, I'm going to uninstall. No use in playing a game that wastes my time.

I dont mind multiple versions. After downloading the new version and making sure everything is still there, I just uninstall the old version. My major complaint is that food spoils too often. I do have another life outside these games (just barely, tho).

I thought dis game was actually fun at first until my food started disappearing.... I just spent d last two days trying to fill all my counters....n all my food disappeared AGAIN...its very annoying I feel like iv bn wasting my time......I'm so uninstalling..... Rubbish

I even DL the Bakery story as well. I love these games!!! I just wish we could earn more gems in the game. Like if you complete a task or cook so many things or give out so many birthday gems or holiday gems for certain holidays. Like you get this many gems for a birthday and this many gems for Valentine's day. That kind of thing. But this game rocks!!! :-)

Ican download any of the bakery or restraunt games and no matter what they go to the same thing with the same things cooking. Something dosent seem right with that, whats the issue? And if they made it like that my 4 stars just went down to two. Love the game butwhy do all these themes if there is no theme....

I had to change phones and it made me start over on my game I was at level 95 I had 10 million points and lots of diamonds its not right to have to start over because you have to change phone they need to fix it so you can change the account with you you fix it give me my stuff back and I'll come back but for now I'm gone

Now when you first open the game it asks if you want to buy the winter box. I don't want it, but didn't even touch it to buy and it bought it anyway. Gems are hard enough to get as it is. Please fix. Return my gems and I will give it 5 STARS.

At first this game worked perfect but after a few weeks went by all my food have disappeared!! When I serve food it disappears right after I serve it.. My restaurant is closed and I'm not even making a profit and spending what little coins I have on food that doesn't even appear on the counters!!! A waist of time and coins!! I'm deleting this game!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!

I only like the holiday versions, and try to hang onto them. But when ever I download another version, I seem to lose items I've bought & put away. I'm scared to put things away now, I lost so much stuff! If I buy a lot of tables, at some point they disappear & now I only have about 5 of them. Other then me buying stuff & it disappearing, I love these games!

The team lava apps keep rebooting my phone. I like playing the games but why do they need so much of my private info, and why is it rebooting my phone multiple times per day?

The only problem I have is stuff are too expensive and meals takes too long to cook n money is too slow to get. Other than that I love this game its on my phone and on both tablets also my computer I can't do without this game I really love this game.

I'm addicted to the game but have only one problem. The goals for the game keep popping up even days or weeks after it has been completed. I find it irritating and hope it gets fixed. Other than that, I enjoy playing this game.

Dishes disappeared even tho i closed the door of the restaurant. Jems are hard to earn but most devastating was that i lost my jems today when i opened the app.

Love this game. Plenty of ways to earn extra gems although you do not need them to play. Only wish is that the buttons for food selection when starting a dish needs to be larger since it is so easy to hit the wrong one when trying to go forward or backward.

Love playing Restaurant Story. Team lava should be ashamed to call this the Christmas version. There are very few Christmas/Holiday decorations to buy. No gingerbread stuff, no new recipes except for cocoa. So misleading.....

I like the game it's very cute. I'm disappointed however that i haven't had any goals in weeks except to download more games. I also don't like how you have to download a new version every holiday. Other than that I have a lot of fun playing the game.

Everything is sold before I even make it back to check on my stuff . why is it I put out something with a lot of servings and 30 min later I go back And its all sold !? Kinda makes the game not so fun I want to be able to stock up my stuff like on fashion story I go back to check my stuff there and its not all sold. UPDATE yay much better thanks for such a quick fix !!

I would love to give you a 5. But do to me changing phone. It's telling me my password is wrong. I know it's not cause I set it. Not cool especially. Since I'm on level 99 on the bakery and restaurant.

I've been playing this game off and on for years and there are only a couple of things I don't like... 1) The very annoying pop up notifications that come up at log in 2) Goals cannot be completed independently unless you want to spend a lot of real money. Other than that, I love this game.

I played this game months ago and this game had the issue where all the goals that were completed would pop up every morning. We'll it's still doing it. I guess you guys don't care about how ANNOYING that is!?!?!?!?!?!!?!

I have been playing this game over a year and I have gone in to neighbors and seen tables and ask them how they got them and if you can still get them and some are discontinued and some are still available . I have been trying to get them tan shell tables and I been looking in the tables and nothing but I ask people can buy them for 4000 coins that is bull crap . I WANT THEM TABLES. I sent a email and all they sent was a link no help

I would finish cooking something then old finish request would Pop up then I have to Keep. On tapping on the OK button then more old quest Pop up would be better if this got fixed for now this is 4 stars

This is the only game i can play. The other game is not the best. I've played it for 4 months. I've earned 600K coins now. I like it. Now, I'm in level 42.

Too many advertising. One time per day is acceptable but this keep show up every single time I launch app, so annoying. Another thing, you should categorise food by cooking time because nobody care about breakfast /dessert /dinner, they all care only about times.

I been playing this game for about 4 or 5 years now and love it but when are you guys going to create a faster way to tip your neighbors? Why can't it be like when u send gifts? That can be done quick but for people like me that has over 450 neighbors it would take forever so I don't get to tip all of them. The farthest I gotten was to my 20 neighbor. You guys got to create a better way to tip all our neighbors easy and fast like sending gifts.

Been playing off/on for years. Love this game but...last few days it's VERY slow, says it's an "online game" (which I'm on great home wifi), won't let me decline gifts, won't let me post on walls...just says "processing" until I finally just task kill it. PLEASE fix this and I'll 5 star the game!

The people who "run" this app could care less about it's customers. No body has absolutely no interest what so ever in making up for their mess up with the Thanksgiving goals. Not to mention it has become clear they don't read any of these bad reviews or any email sent to them. Nobody actually answered my question about the goals many of us missed out on. Only thing I know to do is everyone rates them a 1* to she that we are P.Oed at what went down.

Why do i keep losing progress on my tipping rating?? I should be almost a 4 star but i keep going back down to a new 3! My other complaint is the $ for furniture and stuff compared to what we make in rewards for tasks. Other than those things, I love it.

Its ok very hard to keep up with over night. Or when in school or work I would think. I see most people shut doors when away. Just a hint at running food to catch up. For the most part its ok.

The game was fun but it would constantly "re-sync" and delete all the food I had just spent 8-12 hours preparing. Not worth it.

Kudos to teamlava. Thank you for the designs. Not only a great number of different types for a reasonable gem amount, there are designs for coins as well. Plus 18 days, not just a few days. It would be nice if teamlava could put next to a neighbors name the last time that neighbor was on the game. Also, when spending gems ask twice, I lost 13 gems because of the windows keep popping up when I was playing. Sometimes I have a very short time to be on game to work the ovens.

Love playing. But it does tend to take forever to get new goals. It also keeps stopping. A message will pop up saying " sorry unfortunately Restaurant story has stopped." Fix that and I will give it five stars again
