I do love it but the list to do for pets is not finish cuz it must buy gems like Bengal cat n some of them to breeds n crossbreed that I can't buy gems. I can't move on from that list to do cuz of that gems. It not so fair... Wish there have a daily week for rewards to get small gems will be more helpful to move on than just only coins everyday to earn by daily week. Seriously...

Id like there to be an update so that I may earm gems. There are many animals id like to buy but they all cost gems and I never have any because I don't have the money. I know that many people would agree with me because this is a well-known issue with people who play this game. So please if you would make a way to earn gems please thank you.

Amazing! I'm a dude and even I find this app so addicting. Anywhere from connecting with other pet shop owners to cross-breeding pets is what you will find with the app. The only con is the wait time in certain things, take the nursery for example. I guess that helps lessen the addictiveness, though.

I've been playing for a few days and I've realized the only way u get anywhere in this game is gems. In on quests i should have finished a long time ago. Don't you listen to reviews there's way am i paying for gems all you get is adverts and it keeps pushing you to buy some gems. You are just a company that takes peoples money. Practically everything costs gems the things that don't are hard to get. The land expansions cost to much its just a game you cant play for long. Animals take the long to breed

Need to be able to get free gems like Bakery Story. They give 1 free gem after watching an ad, upto 10 times every 24hrs. This would be great if Pet Shop Story did the same. For that I rate this game low. Pets cost way too many gems

It's nice but there ☺are a few problems....

What the heck why would i abandon a baby if it was sick? JUST WHAT THE HECK IN A REAL PET STORE THEY WOULD NURSE THE POOR ANIMAL BACK TO HEALTH NOT ABANDON IT OUT SIDE TO DIE

This app is fun. It's a nice way to pass the time and the animals are adorable. I just wish there were more ways to get gems other than using actual money to buy them. And I've also stopped getting little tasks to do so it's gotten a little boring. But overall it's a fun app.

Hood game. Cute pets. Simple. I just reached level 18 and every time i earn a paw it pops up im now a level 18,and need to collect some gerbal type display. I go to my storage to collect it but as soon as i place it it says ive disconnected from game server so they refreshed. Then the reward is not there and i have to repeat the process. Also gems cost way too much.

My pre-teen daughter's and I play this game together daily. We love it! I do think some pets will be unattainable tho, due to cost of them, and cannot afford to buy gems. Should be able to earn them. :(

I love this game, but the costs more than breaks it for me. There are pets that are vital to goals that cost gems. This is a huge problem considering the cost of gems. $20 nets you 105 gems. To buy just 1 dog for one of the quests is 13 gems. Unfortunately, you will usually have to buy a mate, so double that price. Then sometimes breeding costs gems. One pair for a mission costs around 17 gems. That $20 in gems will leave you fast. There are missions that give you 5 gems, only seen 1 so far.

I love this game!!! But one problem everyone is having is the gems, so I wont go over that, but u get the idea. Also, I completed a collection and got a jack russle and I got it out of my storage and all that, but now when I go onto the game, he has just dissapeard and the play pen is empty, and the same goes for the chihuahua! Fix that, I will give it 5 stars

I really love this game cuz the animals r so cute and it gives you a lot to do. The only thing is, is that they tell u to get so many boring apps that take up all the space on your phone! But I love it :D

I can't complete any tasks because they all require gems. There is no way to earn gems. Just for 1 task I need to spend over $50 just to get the pets I need to start the quest. I played this game a long time ago and you use to give out gems for downloading other lava games. Not any more. Got too greedy to make this game any fun.

Its very fun and all, but it takes data and its addicting. When you combine those two things together you get a lot of money being used. So if you are low on data or whatever you wanna call it, don't get this app. But if you've got plenty of it, go ahead and get it.

Its pretty much notifies me whenever any of my pets are ready(with the exception of the Beagle/German Shepard) I would like to get notifications of breeding successes, but for me there are too many notifications. But, its a fun game that is actually underated.

I'm going to complain. How do you get gems? Ican't do any missions because I don't have gems. Lost of other people have heaps of gems. I don't have any. Can you make offers like fielding another game for gems. Or a weekly offer? Ilived the game until this happened. Please help me.Besides that THIS IS THE CUTEST GAME EVER!!! THX!!!

You can yearn diamonds by playing other games and finishing stuff of but takes forever to get them so I just spendsave money instead or ask my neighbors to help. Weird the crossbeard progress cause thats just wrong some of them maybe lower the price of the animals then I would rate it 5 stars .… but still its pretty cool and I met some nice people.

I enjoy the game but would like more ways of earning gems throughout the game, like levelling up, etc. Also need to have more expansions available to be able to fill my store with more pets. I've reached the point where I am not given the choice to expand any further. Rather than collecting all pets, I will have to store or sell old ones to be able to purchase new ones. Please consider reviewing this. :)

Really fun game, although some quests require stuff I don't have. I'm on kitty quest and you need to ask your friends for them. No one that I know has a storm8. Id. How do I get the yarn??? And maybe you should consider giving players more gems. All the pets cost soo much, so your stuck with the ones they give you. Minus a star for them two. This is a fun game though. So I recommend for 10-.

I LOVE THE GAME SOO MUCH

This is a great game don't get me wrong. Its a little slow for the first bit of the game but after that it gets really good:) My one issue with this game is the gems... Everyone else seems to have the same issue. Its great how you can earn free gems but there aren't enough options and I don't think anyone wants to be spending loads of money just to play a game. Plz fix

The game is fun i give it 5 stars for the variety-there are so many cute animals to breed and collect! The one drawback is the fact that to get most of the cooler pets u have to pay alot of gems-which are very hard to get. Besides that its a good way to pass some time.

I just don't like how the gem system works. A lot of the animals that you need have to be bought with the gems or you can't move on with the achievements. Then to skip achievements you need gems to do that. And most of the animals take two to three days to breed or gems. If you can fix the gem situation I would most likely give you four to five stars. My daughter and I play this daily. Just hard moving on. Maybe an earn free gems by watching videos or something.

Look, I understand you guys need to make money, but the South African exchange rates are very low. I can by a new smart phone with what it would cost me to by a few gems. Please, ad more free gems. I could have that beta fish tank for the rest of my life before being able to finish it. Otherwise, great game. Well done guys

Are you guys poor or something? There's people in this world who don't have much money so they can't buy gems. Stop trying to ask for money. The Budgie bird cost gems,which I really wanted it. I'm not gone to buy gems just to get you guys more money. Pomeranian! Why does it cost gems? All the cute pets cost too much or cost to much gems. I would give a 5 star

I don't know why,but it's a game that's not a 5*'s to a lot of people, but my daughter's got me hooked & I'll play it so when she plays it she's really happy when I play it to add coins & other stuff.The only catch to all Pet Shop's games are whatever PSs.are buying diamonds for somethings,but you don't really have to buy them,but playing it for almost a year.Today is the 1st.time I'm getting the diamonds,since there on sale getting them for her on Christmas Eve for her.

Best game EVER!! I am a total addict to dis game. Just that it has problems. It is an online game requires internet and it interrupts saying no connection. And one fine day i had 7 beagles which were not moving at all and 3 pets were destroyed. And by 11000 coins suddenly became zero. I even bought a gem pack still showing cant use gems?! But the better part isbi still like tis game

My friend told me about this game so I downloaded it. I really liked it. Now I'm on level 21 and I'm still playing. But my only complaint is about the trinkets needed to complete animal pens and other displays. I never have as many trinkets as it wants me to have to build things. Plus the things that are cheap need building. So does expanding. Expansion needs lots of money. Other than those things I think this is a awesome app with some really cool things in it. I would suggest this app to other people.

The game is very addicting and I play it a lot but there is no way to earn gems except a few goals that only give you only up to 3 gems. If they update the game, PLEASE MAKE IT SO YOU CAN GET GEMS, without buying them with real money. I love that it is mainly ad free!

This is adorable! It's a great time killer and so fun! I love all of the animals, the cool decorations, etc. But like any other game I have a couple of complaints. First of all it's very hard to move the animals around. I don't know if it's just my device or the game. Next, you can only ask friends for one thing only. When you trying to expand this is very hard. Lastly, the animals don't move around. Please make these changes and it will be a five star game in no time at all! Thanks for your time! :)

There are several things in this game causing it to decrease star statistic. 1. It gave me an award for completing a mission then didnt give it to me. It sayed it was in storage but its not. And another time it was in there and i went to place it then it disappeared. What the heck right! 2 i understand some animals cost gems which gems cost money but if you have a mission to complete you shouldnt make the animal you have to get cost gems. And 3 if there is somthing you need to expand, complete a mission or build somthing it should be able to be geven as a gift, which at this time its not.

You are going to sell a snake in a pet shop?! And breed a rabbit and a dog?! And how could you breed a hamster and a cat? And so expensive. Then my cat, Dragon Li has no playpen. Could you fix the playpen so I could buy it again? And please baby animals should never be abandoned. So please fix. ♥But anyway its a good game too♥

It takes to long for some pets, it should also be optional to buy either with coins or gems cause I and others have a problem trusting to buy gems. You should also get to keep expanding more and it not cost so much our store is done expanding and is to small for more pets now. I'll keep it and keep playing cause its really good but needs some improvements

I love this game and I am playing this game from one year but I have to buy a new phone.So all my progress was lost.Plz add an update in which we can sign through google+ so that our game can be safe. Thank u.Plz fix the issue and I will give it 5 stars and I will also recommend my friends this game.

You are made to basically pay for them w/ $ or you can download apps that they suggest to you. Most of the time its only 2 diamonds per download but if you catch it just right you can get 3 or even 4 for each app you download. Another thing is shop goals, the goal to reward ratio does't make any sense. You want me to go and spend 7,000 coins on shop decoration but the reward is only like 300 coins + xp. I would be fine with that, if you would give diamonds as a reward, too.

Well, i like the game, but the price of the pets is so expensive and need alot of gems. Besides, the coins collected is so low while the upgrades are so expensive. Wish the coins can be converted into gems or the rewards would be gems so we could earn them and not just buying them.
