Every time I go to the market or try to get rid of a pop-up, I get kicked out of the game. I have tried several times to report this problem, but the game won't let me. It could be a fun game but, until they fix the bugs I wouldn't waste my time!

Why can't I contact the help forum? I am not getting any snowflakes or snow balls or icicles when I chop the icy willows or the rocks. I need to make a snowman but am wasting money buying trees or rocks & getting nothing from them. Please help. The help forum needs a subject but won't put the box in to fill in information, so I can't submit my request for help. I don't want to have to remove this game as I have been enjoying playing but if this issue can't be fixed what's the use in continuing.

I've played a lot of the Storm8 games and this one is the most difficult to win any of the challenges or seasonal extras they throw in. And if you switch phones you can keep the same storm8 id you had before. Just email Storm8. Please add latastee1.

Love this game EVERYTHING about it, it's amazing. What I do love the most is that there is always something new that you have to do, always doing missions and you get rewarded very good. This game never lets you get bored of it. Great game, awesome job !!!!! My experience with this game has been nothing but 1000% awesomeness.

The amount of work versus energy level can make some tasks take longer than is really necessary but it is to be expected when it is a f2p trying to fit into a p2p area. Meaning game is trying to stay free while still catching the paying players who want faster rewards.

Just got cheated on the swan challenges. It said to check my storage for the swans - nothing. The next time i opened the game the challenge expired.
