This is a great game very addictive but when you fill out the surveys for the free gems and get nothing then file a complaint in the missing gems tab and they do nothing at all to get you your missing gems. Please fix this.

the game overall is great met lots of good people on it and it really fun and a good time killer...unfortunatly the service is bad and when you mail ifree it takes days to get a reply and you never get the help you wanted

the worst company possible to get ahold of they pass you from department to deparment also there is no contact phone number infact there highly against giving out that for a Company to do even that is stupid so yea if you mail them for help as you will all accounts get problems then expect a automated reply after 2 weeks of waiting (guranteed each time)
