Broken beyond despair Step 1: unlock throw Step 2: walk of to a car Step 3: constantly spam the throw button until you get the points you need and the 3 stars will follow (Don't worry about things like getting shot or hit, these have no effect and if you fall short of the score continue spamming, so long as the car isn't airborne you can still continue the spam Step 4: repeat steps 2 and 3 until the game is complete
