Crash after new update. After I get my ss commander. In primus also crash after attacking. Pls fix this fast.

Every time I open it the game says failed to unzip game data to your SD card. I've deleted it for the time being until fixed. Will rate 5 star when fixed. (Samsung Galaxy S4)

Nice and easy to learn no probs with lagging at the mo but don't get much help from the guild I'm in so pick a good one who will give you advice

Game still enjoyable amid pay to win.

Anyone looking to play this game should read this full review first so you will know full well what to expect, especially upon reaching higher levels... This game is fun and straight-forward up until you reach the higher levels and have played long enough to encounter the many bugs, horrible tech support and the ridiculous pay wall. First, the screenshots are misleading. Actual gameplay looks nothing like this whatsoever. During battles, you have absolutely no control over anything. Outside of battles, the game is just a daily grind routine. The most annoying "feature" of this game are the useless "Notices" that will constantly flood your screen with completely 100% useless info about what items other players are receiving. When they appear (every 1-2 seconds), the game lags and your taps/clicks are not recognized. This results in problems such as accidental purchases, an unresponsive game and taking 2-3 times longer to complete daily quests than it should. Tap4Fun has been aware of this problem for over a year & a half, yet refuse to give players the option to turn off the notices in the hopes that forcing more play time & accidental purchases will result in more revenue. However, judging by in-game chat, the Tap4Fun forums and the negative Google reviews, this is only driving players away. Next, the Tap4Fun tech support is absolutely horrible. The support representatives are lazy & uncaring. If your support ticket is more than a sentence long, you will likely get an unhelpful and irrelevant reply. This results in having to submit multiple tickets (48 hours wait time on each) in order to finally have your issue resolved. Be forewarned, Tap4Fun is a notoriously greedy company. When making accidental cash purchases or accidently spending credits due to the MANY in-game bugs & blatant traps, their support staff will outright refuse to take responsibility & refuse to offer any sort of refund. Nor will they address/fix the bugs. Instead, the support representative will tell you that there will be no refund and to be more careful...even though these situations are caused by the bugs & traps that THEY refuse to address. Lastly, the pay wall/pay-to-win scheme...from just starting the game up to roughly level 85, both level & Force (player/ship strength) progression is pretty reasonable...almost "easy". From level 86-95+ it is a lot tougher and begins to take a substantial amount of cash-for-credit purchases to advance at any reasonable rate. One could continue to play for free but would be looking at a growth rate of about 2-3 million a MONTH after reaching the 450-475 million Force mark. Many would argue that, due to the time involved, it's pretty pointless to continue playing for free after that. Just for comparison, the average foolish, cash-spending power player clocks in at around 2-3 BILLION Force (yes, billion with a B). After playing for 1 1/2 years and watching players being continuously screwed over by this company, I felt that everyone should know exactly what's in store for them in this game over the long-term.

So sick of the in-game NOTICE that pops up in the upper-middle of the screen. Can you please allow us to turn that off???? I don't care who received whatever they got. Especially, when majority of the info is about other player on different servers. The stupid NOTICE messages happen way to often and blocks what I'm trying to read. A new NOTICE every 2-3 seconds is ridiculous. This is killing my gaming experience T4F.... You are killing my FUN.

I'm pissed. I have put both money and time into the game, but now I can't even login. It's telling me, my Facebook account is invalid and/or the session has expired. FIRST, I NEVER connected a Facebook account to this game and second, what does expired session even mean. I haven't even been able to get on to play. Fix it. Help me. Reimburse me. I don't care which at this point. Just do something, Please.

Would be 5 stars until the game suddenly decided to reduce me back down to level 1. Having worked my arse off for the last couple years to get over 60 million might and reaching Level 5 VIP. I've sent an email but still waiting for a reply. If I don't get my account restored back to its former self...I will give this game 1 star.

Again problem with support, promised Dual Speed R7 in galactic portal, and gave me R6. I sent them picture of what they promised that says Dual speed attribute R7 and they still would not give me that prize. I tried working with them, but they simply used bait and switch where they said the rules were different than what they posted.

Overall i love the game, but recently i cant get past the first 30 seconds of the game before is crashes and closes the game. i dont want to quit but if it is not fixed i may have to and ive spent around $250 that i have bought commanders with, that i cant use because i cant get enough time to upgrade or battle them. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY

Dude who is the developer...where did he get his degree in programming from....the controls are unresponsive they are not responding...the close even the clicks and the highlighted part...i just installed it and wasted 103 mb....i don't Know how you have 10 million downloads but whoever is knew plss dont download it ...its got lot of bugs...ohhh btw i use honor 6x running nougat

It doesn't support sync of game data neither with Google Play nor with Facebook.... So if I change my mobile I have to start all over again. Team.... pls consider doing this

Skip it! Still no fix for the crashing. Advising to reinstall the game daily to fix the app crashing so frequently is not support. Be prepared to lose patience as you have to keep forcing the game to close, deal with bugs that cause you to lose rewards and otherwise grit your teeth. Yes I've been reporting this issue for awhile. Watching the same battles over and over (hoping it doesn't crash and you have to reboot, clear the cache or reinstall) To compound the frustration the recent update to Chaos Quad is a joke. It used to be strategy would allow you to finish and now it's lucky to get through 40%. Throw in the fake promotion 'discounts'. Tap lies discounts are on first chest then cost increases exponentially. Claimed odds are no where near what they say. Until they fix the stability issues I'm sure there are better designed/implemented games you can play. Each 'update' makes it less fun. It's not about game-play/fun. Point to note they REALLY want your facebook account attached. Skip this money grab.

Everything is good but I need a 150$ Refund because I keep losing connection due to the area I live in and I can't play the game properly and I'm getting bored and I already contacted support about me wanting a refund but I haven't gotten any responses yet please help me.

Here's what the Devs think of your intelligence. No where in the update is does it mention merging servers. Keep that in mind. Pandora Cluster is a 4 day battle between 3 servers over control of a battlefield for points, bonus energy, and extra unlockables based on individual participation. This time it consisted of 2 single servers and 1 merged server. The merged server easily overpowered everything with a 7-1 player ratio. So for 4 days, 2 servers got NOTHING, while 1 Super Merger Server got everything. The 1st day I took screenshots, messaged the Devs, & pointed out the number of players, from different servers on one team. Now remember, there is no mention of merging servers in the update. So, either the Devs forgot to mention such a huge change to the game, or people were cheating. Let's say the Devs forgot. That's cool, they're human. But it obviously didn't quite work. Disable Pandora Cluster until fixed? Nope. Let 2 teams get nothing because, hey, our game, our rules? Yea!!! Sucks to be those players MUAHAHAHA!!! If they didn't forget (which I believe) then they tried to blow it off like, Sucks to be those players MUAHAHAHA!!! Here's a weak excuse, now give me your money & shut up. Don't waste your time on this Garbage Game...
