1st reaction was WOW! Incredible graphics, player game motions, cut scenes, and Play by play...on a $30 smartphone app!? Blown away by it! EA NBA Live 16 mobile app is now leaps and bounds behind! Addictive. NEVER thought I would move to smartphone play. Love it! ~ 1 year mobile device player 40 year console and PC player (since the start of Video consoles in 1977)

Will we ever see better updates for this? I've played the iPhone version and I feel like 2K is favoring the iPhone more than the android. It has less issues and bugs than the android. I've always been a loyal fan of 2K because they have the best sports games.. and unfortunately this game isn't living up to the standard (android). Please keep updating it!! 4 stars for now

Great game but I'll rate it 5 stars when cloth simulation can be enabled and the court sounds are thoroughly fixed. And ohh, Android 7.0 now supports Vulkan API. I hope you can work on it to make the gameplay smoother. And also, you're very slow at pushing updates unlike in iOS. What's taking you guys so long? Another thing, this game costs the same amount as the NBA 2k17 in iOS but some features are missing in Android! Make a major update of this game!

Great app. Addicted to the career mode. Only issues I'd like to bring up are the settings don't save, stats don't update throughout season and I can't change settings for the career mode once I started eg. The quarter length, coach plays etc Could 2K18 be more interactive in terms of how my player affects the team, league etc off the court?

Hmmm.. something beyond my expectation.. I didn't expect it works so good on my phone.. huawei Mate 9.. and appreciate works from the team to keep 2k16 controls here.. gameplay really smooth, might be better than ios.. but one thing that need the team really put in some consideration, the audiopack.. one piece of all that I think still far away from what I had in iPhone previously.. game without sound? Or with a sound that doesn't match to the game, you gotta be kidding me.. =/

I have an ipega (PG-9023) controller here... But the problem is, the controller won't work because the game does not support a controller... The game was good nice graphics and im happy that you have an update and fixed the commentator sounds... But if you supported it with BT controller i would be so happy and rate it with 5 stars...

I enjoy this game a lot. It's a good port to the mobile. I only have 2 issues. The controls, the controls are good, but once I get to the 2nd quarter the NBA 2K17 controls get too big and out of the don't fit on the full screen, so you need to fix that. And my other problem is that it lags a little (sometimes) usually when shooting. I have enough space left so it's not that. But other than that this game is amazing!

Only difference is career mode. Game play is exact same copy paste. Season mode is still terrible cause you can't advance to another season and draft auto generated rookies. You guys should add a mygm mode that would make this game so much better. No commentary and ok graphics on android. Even when you get an excellent release and A+ wide open, you still can't score. pls fix that. help defense, p/r, and spacing are broken

Great game for android but needs a lot of improvement. Controls are difficult why not copy nba live set up it would be much easier to play. Sound are the worst. Commentator seems to stop speaking at times and the worst of all you cannot hear the shot lock going down which affects your chances to winning games.

If we give our hard earned money to you guys, we expect the game to play well. That joy stick glitches and stops moving when you drive through​ the lane for a lay up or for a dunk. It gets so bad that it's unbearable to play at times. This game needs a MAJOR UPDATE. If not, I want my refund back.

why is their no native gamepad support.. come on guys... thats a no brainer. love that i can change the camera angle. touch controls are better. but moving down is still a challenge. analog stick shhould be in the middle left of screen, not the bottom and for the love of the game GAMEPAD SUPPORT

Commentators will suddenly stop, No rim sound effects regardless if the shot is missed or swish. No dribble sound effects. No whistle for violation. No shot clock reminder. SUM IT ALL UP = NO FEEL FOR THE GAME. IT MAKES YOU FEEL BORED. I regret buying this game. Hope you do some actions!

After 1 month with the game I purchased a new phone (both Android). None of the files will transfer over and after multiple attempts with 2K support and Google Play, both gave me the runaround. Both told me I am out of luck. ***No file/character/in-game purchase transfer ***No credit for the in-game purchases to rebuild on the new phone Definitely not consumer friendly.

Although the game comes at a hefty price, I managed to snag it for $3. In my opinion it is definitely worth $3. I know the graphics aren't as good as the iPhone, but the game play is still good. Don't buy it when it is $8 bc it isn't worth it then. So if you are a 2k fan then buy this game, it is a very fun time killer with features like blacktop and my career.

2k stole my vc I bought a 10 dollar gift card bought 2k with it then bought a starter vc pack right. I start my first ever game and notice its slow. So i search online of how to make gameplay faster.So imagine my shock wen i reenter and im back at 0 vc. I know the game knows i just created an acc because it says we noticed a game was played. I try to reenter nothing. Worst game ever. Please give me a refund i just wasted 10 dollars.

Re downloaded and working a lot better, gameflow and all. All I can say is open up franchise mode, require download of course but make it fit on SD card as well, For saved data and all that extra stuff required to download. Maybe even open online

As always 2K is legit. I honestly have only played portable versions of it and its awesome. Im not a big fan of the new controls and opted for the 2k16 controls instead, I just feel they were a bit simpler, and I think the newer controls tend to lag a bit more since its swiping involved rather than just tapping. Graphics are great for mobile, player models are sometimes accurate and sometimes hilarious. ex: Tyler Ulis. Do a picture comparison lol. I play this game on my tablet or phone more than any other game. It tells you something when you're playing and people walk up and ask if there's a game on they didn't know about.

When will be the next update on the android?? it needs a lot of fix in android version i want it to be like an ios version there is dribblin sound and when you shoot the ball the rim is sounding and also new jerseys to come and feature christmas jerseys for 2k i want the updated roster for every team this game is almost perfect

Needs so much work its ridiculous. Options don't always save, no way to call plays, Doris Burke is just SNAPPED in two doesn't complete her audio clip at all and sometimes freezes the game. The audio is all bugged the commentary doesn't work if I have setting above Low. The shoes only squeak when I'm holding sprint and its a constant looping sounds. No cloth physics just cannot enable it at any settings level.

If you don't know how to work your Bluetooth gpad don't rate the game bad it works perfectly with the K1 tablet and the commentary also worked with the crowd turned on on the K1 only. on every other tablets you have to have the crowd turned off. I have every NBA 2k for android the same for all except 2k13/14

Please fix the sound. I don't have sound effects atall or even player chatter sound. Sometimes no commentary too. Please check and fix everything sound both In blacktop and normal exhibition match. I'm using Huawei Nova plus let me know if it's my device or something. Thanks

I love this game play it everyday and today I had my phone scam and it said the FBI locked me out so I went to my local phone provider and they had to factory reset my phone. So after they did that I was able to get all my games back but not my game data. I was able to get the game data back on some games through the account link but the NBA 2K17 game has no option to link your account. So I called the Google play store support number and they said to contact 2K or write a review like I'm doing now and they said y'all should be able to get my data back. I only play the MY career mode so plz help I love this game on my phone I've spent in game money on it to.

The game is great for 8 bucks best 1 yet if you. Want console.graphics console gameplay sounds like you need a console because it takes a lot of money to do the things you want.. By the way Live sucks no comparison thats why its free

Had no issues before now it won't load at all. Note 4. Only game on my phone that I have an issue with. When are you going to release another update to fix it??? This is the only game on my phone that doesn't work. Annoyed EDIT: Biggest rip off. 1st ever issue with any game

Trash, straight trash! You shoot it and even though your shot is perfectly timed A+, wide open and everything you will still miss it about 75% of time. My player is fully upgraded and yet he can only make 25% from 3 point. Awful game. Definitely not worth the money spent on it.

I love the nba and for 2 years I have been wanting game like this but u miss green releases and start at a bad overall like 41. This game needs some work a lot and you also miss easy layups. The thing I don't like is that it's so hard even rookie mode.

Hey I purchased this game not knowing it took 2.5 gigabytes, now I'm stuck with it on my phone and yall can't give me a refund or replacement. Well I'm giving all bad reviews and telling everyone I know not to buy your products

The audio is BAD as hell. While the sound from iOS makes me want to turn up the volume, the android sound is better muted. Graphics and some popups about game/player stats is nice but always blocking my view when doing shots/dunk. But the WORST is the SAME price we paid with iOS version but its different ball game then the iOS version. FIX IT

Not bad so far no prob on my HTC 10 but I need better update for career mode lol, I'm highest scorer in NBA past 3 seasons and have won 2-3 NBA championships with Charlotte LMMFAO.. I only have 3 point and mid range shooting left to fill so as of season 3 there isn't much for me to do but win and win lol kinda boring to always win... And season I'm just killing it lol.. Or just bring out 2k18 lol asap!

I love 2k personally. Incredible graphics. But mobile slacked a bit for android atleast. First of all on android wheres the crowd? 2nd of all very inaccurate ratings. 77 Rudy Gobert? 89 James Harden? (This isnt 2012). Also commentators are bugged when i play MyCarrer Im on GSW And an example is Carroll passes to thom- and it ends when i saw footage of ios i got mad so please dont mainly focus on ios.

When I open the app it says that unfortunately this app had stopped. And I know that it's not my phone because my phone is new. This is a new phone. I'll got get it checked out but I bet the real problem is the game. I either want a refund or I want the game to work. I'm happy with either of those options.

The update worked as far as the commentary, that's a plus. I see the portraits, that's cool. But I'm still unable to play my career mode. I will finish my first game in college and get drafted. Then it crashes every time at the exact same time. Then the game I just played isn't saved. This is the only problem I'm having with this game.I have a Alcatel Android phone If that can help u. If this problem can not be fixed I would like to have my 7.99 refunded, because I can't truly enjoy the game.Til it's fixed

It has the potential to be great. There are some control aspects that are a bit lacking, such as steals and rebounding where I click the button and it has like a 2 second delay on it happening, or when you are on a fast break and swipe your finger up from sprinting to shoot and the player just pump fakes instead of shooting

I think its a great game. But 2k, u need to send the update to android that you guys sent to iOS almost 2 months ago. I've been waiting for it. I would love to play mycareer games in 12 minute quarters not 5. I am a loyal 2k fan, but you guys are letting EA SPORTS catch up with you. You guys are the best video game company, in my opinion, but you are slacking.

Overall i really enjoyed the game. What sucks is that once my save file gets corrupted by accident there is no way to recover it. After all the time and VC i have spent. Can you please tell me if i can still recover mycareer save file? Because it really sucks.

WHERE IS PRACTICE MODE (freemode)?????????? Been trying to find it for hours and it's pissing me off. How can I learn to play full level with no freemode? Does anyone know????? And the controls suck man, hard to do any plays like crossovers or turns. Really frustrating to play. Regret buying....

My career needs to have a feature where we can make the quarters 12 minutes long. I don't want no 5 minute quarters. Also, it would be nice to have an association mode in game. Please fix these issues

For $8 man and I'm a fan of the 2k series I couldn't of asked for more. Yet I will and it's the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars. On my player I would like to be able to control the time clock. I'm a starter but can't keep up with the game cause I'm only playing 5 mins. Also a way to incorporate the 2k app with our version of the game so we can get the vc. That's all
