Swordbreaker The Game for Android
No matter what I do it won't install, I have removed multiple programs and still it says not enough space, considering the things I removed were in total over 2 gigabytes this game is the problem
I love choose your own adventure novels, as well as their digital counterparts. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst I've seen. In the opening scenes, the narrator's voice reads entirely different text than what's on the screen (and that's ignoring the fact that the game started with everything in Russian, and I had to figure out how to change it and restart the game in order to even get the poor English version). Once you begin the game, you find yourself with three "lives" (you lose one every time you make a wrong decision, with no way to know what will be a wrong decision beforehand). After three wrong choices, which doesn't take long, you're forced to restart the story from the beginning. This means you spend most of your time repeating choices and parts of the story you've already been though. This gets extremely boring, very quickly. The only reason this game gets three stars is the graphics, which the developer clearly spent a lot of time on. That said, adventurers beware: this isn't like most choose your own adventure books. It's much more repetitive, and much more boring.
WOW Truly outstanding art so far.Early on every sceen has graphics. Some humor. Graphics are usefull in game context, only con thus far is no sd card install. Highly Recommended, best $2 ive spent on a game!!! Yea choose your own graphic novel.
The art is great and the choices make sense (mostly). Best of all the sprawling castle makes me want to play the game until I've seen ever scene. I wish there was a few more music tracks but the ones in the game work well enough. If you like these sorts of games, you're missing out if you don't get this one.
Great game. Amazing art, amazing story.
Very interesting!
Great little game for £1
Шикарные рисунки, было бы здорово, если в зависимости от языка надписи бы тоже менялись, а так спасибо за хорошую историю.
This isn't so much a game as it is an interactive storybook. That part is fine. Only problem is, the writing simply isn't good enough for that. Grammar errors break immersion. Also, the entire point is reading, but more than half the screen is the art, leaving only a small box to scroll through to get the story. The art is good, but it's the story that gives it meaning, and the writing is lacking. This app isn't bad, but it's not good, either. Hence the three stars.
Maybe something got lost in the translation, but I didn't feel that this 'choose your own adventure ' type game was all that much fun.
Would be 5 stars but... There is no actually way to know what the hero will do next... You just pick a number nd hope for the best
